Brand new expensive wool cardigan with red ink leakage all over the front (long story so won’t bore u) First try failed so Michael the dry cleaner asked to keep it a little longer to try again. Picked it up today and he has managed to clean it. AMAZING RESULT! Further he wouldn’t take extra money for it- he’s got my business! Thanks Michael for your effort

Finally, a dry cleaner that actually cares about your clothes and fabrics. Michael is clearly devoted to his customers and the results show. Just had two business shirts cleaned - absolutely perfect. Stubborn armpit and collar stains 100% gone! Shirts look brand new. Will definitely be back.
Very disappointed with the laundering of a tablecloth and 12 serviettes. I asked for extra starching, everything came back barely starched. The pressing of the tablecloth is appalling, lots of creases. The laundering company obviously do not know the correct way to fold and iron a tablecloth. I will have to iron it all before I can use it. Admittedly the chap offered to send it all back for better starching but I declined because extra starch was asked for in the instructions and that was ignored so wouldn’t expect any improvement. What a waste of $54.

He has cleaned off-white upholstery fabric, silk blouses, blankets and doonas, wool and possum jumpers, as well as all the usual items.
