Jia has been incredibly helpful and always available - we appreciate all she has done for us in our time with Jellis Craig!

My mailbox says “no advertising material” but I received the attached leaflet in the mailbox.

I’m not sure I’d trust an agency that either cannot read, or wilfully ignores your requests.

Terrible experience with property manager, she would agree verbally to one thing and put in writing something very different. Also had unauthorised entry by owner whilst still in occupancy without notice - was terrified someone broke into the property.

Jellis Craig Port Phillip are absolutely appalling property managers. The shower in our rental has been blocked now coming up to 3 months.

Extremely poor communication and no follow up on urgent matters.

I had handle things myself and take the landlord to VCAT to get any response and any action done, meanwhile we've been paying rent for a property which is not in good working order.

Even after the VCAT order, works started but then nothing for another 7 days.

If I don't follow up nothing is heard from the PM Molly or the agency

Absolutely terrible service and no duty of care taken

Issue first logged March 30th. That's over 90 days with no properly working shower.

Old shower was taken out 10 days ago and meanwhile there is literally a hole on the side the house

Shocking service, do not use them!

From our initial inspection with Matthew, who held such an in depth and thoughtful open house. We had a feeling this agency would be a pleasure, if our application was successful.

It has now been 2 months and we couldn’t be happier.

Gigi is a wonderful and caring property manager. She is always quick to respond and goes the extra mile to makes us feel personally considered.

It is such a positive experience to deal with Realestate Agents who seem as passionate about building relationships with tenants as they are about the properties and landlords.

We are extremely impressed by our experience with Jellis Craig during our search for a new rental property. In particular, the service provided by their leasing agent Matthew Curnow.
Firstly, the viewing experience was fab! We had gotten so used to other agencies who were late, didn't know anything about the property, and rushed the viewing, that we'd forgotten how exciting the viewing experience should be! Matthew was early, personable, had already set the house up (heating and lighting), and had the answers to all our questions.
Once we applied, he kept us updated at every step of the review process - we knew what to expect and when.
Once we were approved, he shared in our excitement - following up with a congratulatory call and reiterating all the amazing things about the property.

They were okay but changed property manager every 5 minutes with staff leaving continuously. Dropped me like a hot potato when I eventually decided to change agencies with no return of emails or phone calls.

Nancy is our property manager and she is fantastic. Works so hard to ensure that our tenant is happy and can manage any situation. Thank you Nancy for your amazing work. I recommend her!
