Customer service is terrible. Location is really convenient so it's a shame that each time I come here I leave feeling uncomfortable.

John was a lifesaver yesterday! Definitely went above and beyond for all the stressed out customers that came through the door.

Honestly a super fun newsagent's, massive range of kid's toys and other cool things.

JOHN IS THE BEST EVER literally tried soo hard to get me taylor swift tickets, i had lost most hope but he kept trying when he absolutely didn’t have to and EVENTUALLY I GOT TWO! Can’t thank him enough, so so lovely and sweet of him.getting those tickets was all credit to him and i am so grateful

Amazing experience! Me and my friend came to get taylor swift tickets on the day of the general sale.they were incredibly calm, helpful and kind during this very stressful time and managed things very well.they went out of their way to make sure that everyone was well taken care of.thank you for your 10/10 service

HOW RUDE CAN A SHOP OWNER BE? The male shop owner got to be champion of all champions. Disgusting attitude. Customers DO NOT OWE you money.

I’m amazed how rude the owner is. My 3 year old daughter was so upset outside the store because the owner had hurt her feelings with his false accusation. I’m not sure why they have so many toys when they don’t want children browsing. We were only browsing but he told my daughter not to "play with the toys". We were very neat, quiet and respectful. Definitely did not open anything and my daughter made an effort to put everything back neatly and I supervised her proudly. Bit shocked how a place like this can survive in Kew - makes me wonder if it was just targeted at people like us.

Saved my bacon when I needed a Kris Kringle on Christmas Eve. Excellent selection of fun gifts, unlike the other "gift stores" in the area.

Most amazing customer service I have ever seen. The gentleman working here had a lovely positive attitude toward every single customer, he knew most of them by name and would greet everyone no matter what. I was so emotional by observing how he treats his customer so I approached and thanked him for his kindness, we both got emotional, and it made me cry.
To the person I met today (unfortunately I forgot to ask his name), you're amazing and it's so heart-warming and beautiful to see that kindness and humanity still exist. THANK YOU

Walked in to have a look around and immediately were being followed around by a younger staff member after an older man behind the counter asked them to “check it out”, felt very discriminated against and judged for no apparent reason will not visit again.

Honestly felt like I was a third class citizen when I was asking a question at the Tatt's counter today. The grey-haired woman was very chatty when talking to another customer of Caucasian appearance, but wasn't quite as welcoming when we approached her after. I wouldn't be surprised if you have racist views against Asians. She had zero patience and seemed to look to us as if we were cockroaches bothering her again. The attitude towards us today was disgusting.

Wow this is a great store! Very helpful staff! Honestly! What a great store! Honestly the only word I would use to describe this place is GREAT!

Disappointment by the customer service, found the staff to be rather unfriendly, rude and unhelpful. And further disappointed to discover when it was already too late, that I had not received the rather expensive wrapping paper I had paid for and even been receipted for. I had assumed and trusted they had placed the wrapping paper in the bag with my other purchased items, but obviously they hadn't.so I've paid them for a non existent item and doubt they'll believe me and refund me for the item I didn't actually receive! I'll never shop at this place again after how I was made to feel when shopping there and then later discovering I paid for an item I didn't receive as they couldn't care to pack it in bag with my other purchased items, which further demonstrated their disregard and lack of respect towards me as a customer.

Really poor service， especially old couple. There is no patience at all! I planned to get some Christmas stuff from the shop, but the poker face kick me out.

This is a good shop, however it is let down by the customer service. I have seen the owner and older female staff be so rude to elderly customers. I was really taken back their total lack of empathy but not even that they were just plain rude!

Very kind owner, he is friendly and always willing to help.
The store has great stock (especially footy cards) educational toys, games for kids and good gift ideas.

I love this newsagent! They have the best products. They're a little expensive but, worth it. They also always have great topical displays and options, like for Christmas or Easter. It's my go to for special events and if I need a card or gift wrapped for literally any occasion.
