Greenwood Rowville

We’ve been so happy with Greenwood - the educators across multiple rooms (over the last 2 years) have done such an amazing job at helping our toddler feel cared for and safe. Even during difficult times (like needing to transition rooms the week his brother was born, a lot of changes for a little boy who can be anxious anyway!), I know he’ll be well cared for. I’m also always impressed that no matter which educator is there when I drop him off in the morning grouping, they always greet him enthusiastically by name. Couldn’t recommend the center more highly

We could not recommend Greenwood Rowville highly enough. We've been sending our two children for the last three years and the service provided is nothing short of incredible. Our oldest child has a couple of learning delays and his educators Tamara and Vani spend so much time assisting and encouraging him in these areas. This has been noticed by external therapists with how quickly he has progressed. We also feel immensely supported by centre manager Leah. Her communication and approachable nature are faultless and second to none. Nothing has ever been too much of an issue and this was shown particularly during the unstable times during covid. The centre is always clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and again, very approachable. We have never had any concerns regarding the care provided, and feel that the centre is providing the best transition from childcare/kinder to primary school as possible. We have recommended Greenwood Rowville to a number of friends and family and will continue to do so. Thanks for your incredible efforts team!

We have been with Greenwood for just under a year and have found the team to be extremely supportive and nurturing to our little boy and have helped us with so many dietary and medical hurdles along the way. We have found them to be super accomodating and spencer absolutely loves it here!

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience at Greenwood.
My son attended Greenwood Rowville from when he was 1 year and 3 months old. The first few months were not too bad and then we were isolated at home due to Covid. When he went back he was almost two. He had started understanding his surrounding areas. The two educators in his class that he was very fond of and had built good relations with left and then the centre was a disaster for around 5-6 months.
Usually there was no chat with us when we picked him up, he was dirty, and his clothes were wet. In numerous occasions the nappy hadn't been changed for a while. There were no daily highlights, no plans for activities. Apart from the days that we heard nothing about his days there were days that the educator would say he wasn't behaving properly and we would reassure that we would work on it with them. However, we never saw a plan, never had any updates about any other approach they had taken to ensure he is improving.
Then was time for toilet training. Soren had numerous incidents, dirty underpants staying on for couple of hours and.because there was shortage of staff and no one who really cared about the children.
My son is a very active child but he is also a fast learner and according to his kinder teacher he is able to lead and build relationships. At Greenwood all I heard was that he was a bad boy. Recently he has been telling me that the educator would put him in the naughty corner and ask him to stay there.
He is only 3 and half and he has left Greenwood with a horrible experience. I was waiting for a spot in another childcare for months and months, otherwise I would have moved him way earlier.
I also experienced racist behaviour from the educators, where they would totally ignore me standing there and go talk to an Aussie mum or try to read a sentence to us if we asked for more information thinking that we didn't understand. Both me and my husband are educated individuals who came to Australia and have built successful careers.
It is a shame really to be treated like this in a country that claims so much about multiculturalism.

Greenwood has been amazing for our son he has built a strong and trusting bond with his educators. The food is amazing with a great cook my son eats so well there. I feel safe and comfortable leaving my child in good hands

We have been using Greenwood Rowville for just over 3 years and the kids have enjoyed every moment. Yes, there has been a bit of staff changes recently but we have always been informed and our little one has adjusted well to her new educators. The new centre manager is amazing and so lovely to talk to.
Keep up the great work Greenwood!

I could not recommend Greenwood Rowville enough! I could not ask for more caring, professional, exceptional, loving and qualified educators to care for and help educate my child. The team helped to make our transition to childcare as comfortable and supportive as it possibly can be. If I could give 10 stars. I would!

We are really happy with this day care facility. The carers are very warm and accommodating and have been helping my son get adjusted since we just moved to the area. They use an app which is great for getting updates and photos, and hot lunches are provided daily with fresh fruit always available for snacking. My son loves learning in the garden which has also provided some lovely silverbeets for our dinner and it's great that everything is all included with us not having to worry about diapers or wipes. The admin team was also very helpful with getting me all set up with CCS and explaining how things work. We are very happy with our choice. Thank you Greenwood - Rowville!

The centre is very brand-new, everything is clean. Staff are very organised, I never had such a complete daily report of my kids like here before.my kids are very happy, safe and comfortable here. The daily report is too sufficient.

Wouldn't find a more caring and helpful Childcare Centre. Thank you to all staff for our short visit with the twins.
