negative comment. Very well run and they take pride in how your child is looked after. Never any doubt in staff and management. I would highly recommend this center.

Greenwood is a second home & a second family to our little one! We are always so welcomed and cared for, which for parents of a little one with specialised needs is a blessing given the way the whole centre is involved in the care, learning and inclusion of all the children together. Thank you dear Educators and Centre Managing Team!

Our children have been attending since 2019 with our oldest starting in the baby room and now about to graduate kinder. The educators at Greenwood take wonderful care of our children, helping them learn while feeling safe and loved.

All Educators and support staff are wonderful and very supportive. My son loving going to daycare almost 3 years now and never had an accident with his allergy, support people are very careful about meals. Specially thanks to Educator Mandeep (3 years Kindergarten) she helped my son for developing his skills like socialization, communication.

We can’t recommend Greenwood enough. Our little girl took some time to settle in but the educators helped her every step of the way and now she’s thriving! The educators are always friendly and caring and will always keep us updated on her day and progress. We had an unfortunate incident where our daughter had a seizure and they handled it amazingly and promptly called an ambulance. It’s reassuring to know they have it covered and take every measure to look after your child especially when these unexpected incidents occur.

Lovely friendly staff. The kids have special bonds with their teachers. Carla always helps us out at late notice to.

I can not recommend Greenwood highly enough.
My son had been going here since he was 1yr old and is now 5 and about to head off to primary school.
Greenwoods' learning program is flexible/diverse and adapts to each student's needs. The staff and management are always support resources for parents and children.
They have just an amazing atmosphere when you enter the front room.
I will always treasure the time my son has spent there, and it will be sad to leave when my son has to move to John Henry primary school.

My daughter has been such a shy little girl but since going to this centre for only a month she is has really come out of her shell with other people, she’s learnt so much and become so independent already. I can not speak more highly of this place. The staff are absolutely amazing!

Centre overcharged not first time but before too however got money back before but not this time and not happy with the outcome however no one wants to see me and explain. Only explaining on phone without making sense. Wouldn’t suggest

We have been sending our son there now for 2 years and he loves it. The staff are great. Janelle, Robyn and the team are awesome. Always willing to have a chat. They have always been super supportive and helpful. We are so glad to have sent our son there as he has learnt so much since going there. Thank you guys so much.

Excellent daycare centre, both my children have been here and we love it, even for really little babies the care has been amazing. We really love all of the staff and they put in 100% every day for our children. Thank you so much to the team at greenwood officer!

Janelle, Robyn and the wider team at Greenwood Officer are nothing short of A-M-A-Z-I-N-G they have always gone above and beyond to help out with any queries and their support and open communication is extremely appreciated by me and my family.
The rooms are spacious and the outdoor area is just divine - plenty of room for kiddies to run around and activities to explore.
My daughter absolutely loves it here and my husband and I equally love recieving the daily updates and photographs of her early learning journey.

We absolutely love Greenwood officer! The educators are professional, friendly and so caring. In our time there, since it’s first opening, the consistency with communication and support for our family has been so amazing! Highly recommend this Centre and all the amazing managers, educators and of course the chef! Thank you everyone at Greenwood we will miss you next year when we are off to school.

I sent my son to Greenwood Officer since he was 9.5 months, and he absolutely enjoys it now.
All of the educators are professional, friendly and caring. Very recommended.

I went in for a tour of the centre to see if I thought it was a good fit for my little one and I was super impressed with the centre manager who showed me around and everything they offer and how well the children are actually looked after I was so impressed, when I got home and told my partner about it all he said that’s the one we want her to go to and I’m so glad I went for the tour! Super excited for my little one to start because I know she will be well looked after and the fact that the centre is happy to use cloth nappies which I do at home is just amazing and I’m extremely grateful for this!

We have two daughters at Greenwood Officer. We all love the educators and the centre. The support from the centre has been great for our kids and are LGBT+ friendly. We love the open outdoor area that allows the girls to play together. Best decision we made coming here

We were instantly impressed by the personal care shown by Robyn and Jannelle. We had been at other centres and the difference these ladies had made consistently over a number of years has meant our boy has thrived with endless opportunities to learn and develop. They select excellent staff who are well trained and love being around children. Its that kind of caring culture that Janelle and Robyn have maintained so that the centre is a model for others to aspire to.

Have been absolutely amazing with our little girl! Have made us feel so amazing and she has settled in like Greenwood is a part of her family

Recently moving to Officer, the decision to change our little ones daycare was a tough one. We loved the previous care she had but travel made it impractical. Moving to Greenwood was daunting, but the team have put our worries at ease and welcomed us enthusiastically. Everyday my little one comes home raving about the time she has had, the activities she has engaged in and even when she has said she missed Mummy, she follows it by saying that she had someone cuddle and comfort her and felt better. We are so glad to be part of the Greenwood family and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Since the beginning of my child’s care, i could already feel the welcoming vibe of the staff. 3 years down the path, they are still the same lovely people I met at the start. My kid is always excited to go to daycare which means a lot to us parents
