Greenwich English College Melbourne reviews
66I am taking classes right now at this school in the morning, their teaching methods are interactive and varied. The work team at the reception is always willing to help you, particularly Paula Naranjo is the most helpful?
I wasn't careful when choosing a school and if there was one thing that bored me about Australia it was Greenwich College, it's a shame I can't qualify with less than zero.
Greenwich school is not recomended at all.
5 months at the school and I can tell you its really bad administrated.
No AC in the classes, when there is an Ac its crazy hot sudenly and we havevto care more about our confort than the class at all.
If you get 10 mins late in the Class and the Teacher dont like you The mark you missed the class.funny that the pretty little girls always get well marked independt if latr or not.
Definitly I dont recomend, there are many other ones way better.
The teachers do not prepare the classes, they are not dynamic, if you have a complaint they cannot resolve it because they do not have appointments.
This school is great for learning. Lee is my teacher and I have very much enjoyed his course. Would recommend to my friends.
My experience at Greenwith College has been incredible, the teachers are exceptional. They are highly qualified and passionate about teaching, especially Mr. Lee Garrod, he is very good, friendly and strict, you learn a lot with him.
The reception is really helpful and Natty provided me the best services. I'm doing General English course here, it is so good and teacher is lovely
I have been studying here for 6 months. I have improved my English skill a lot. Greenwich is an excellent college and My teacher, Shivalia is very professional. This school is a great choice that I would recommend.
We can meet wonderful classmates and teachers! There are also many activities after school and every Friday.
It is attractive that there are many courses and activities can be taken after school and on holidays! There is also a cafe in the building
Maybe half the class is Thai?
It's the best place to study English and Louis, at the eight's floor receptions, is the best too. He is friendly and gentle. Thanks to the College my English is going to the Moon. Haha: 3
I love the quality of this college, the teachers are very dynamic and make the class fun, interesting and most important everyone learns a lot of English. The campus is very beautiful and comfortable and the college offer alternative classes like the barista bootcamp for the students who enjoy the coffee culture like me. Last but not less the student services team is very nice and I have to thank Paula a lot because she is very professional, kind and always help me.
I had 6 months in Int-Upper Int and then FCE on demand lvls. I’m happy to have great experience, friendships and have improved my language lvl as well.
Thanks to my all teachers! I have to thank to DANIEL MOSHTAGH particularly. He is more than a teacher. Highly recommend his class in FCE on demand or CAE.
The Japanese woman at the reception desk had a terrible attitude and made me regret coming to this school. I was planning to go back in a few months for another course, but decided to go to a different school. There was no honesty and the quality of the classes and classmates were not very good. I do not want to recommend it.
Rude staff at office, mainly one Asian women she was so rude that she thinks like it's her own institution and ORDERS students to zip their mouth if they are coming for help. In the end all they need is money money money.
We send a lot of students to their college and they have a wonderful experience. It's a great campus with a buzzing atmosphere. They also have a tasty coffee cart selling super cheap coffee for students
Never enrol as an international student at this college; most teachers finish their full-day classes in 2 hours and don't teach anything other than reading slides, which you can do yourself, and their administration will stress you out; it's a complete waste of money and time.
This college is really good. I don’t know why there is too many negative comments. Today I called them for documents and they send me straight away within few minutes. They are doing fantastic job. ….
Bathrooms are awful, smell horrible from the corridor, really disgusting. Some teachers are not good. Changing to morning shift shouldn't cost, I mean it's just a shift. Too expensive to have really bad and old facilities in Melbourne, I'm disappointed to have chosen this college to study.
Greenwich was the worst experience I have had in Australia. Please before choosing this school search for reviews I can assure you at least 90% won’t be good. My experience was in a VET course, the trainees teach you reading the assessments and a power point presentation. The assessments are huge and not easy at all, and it’s much more difficult when the classes doesn’t help. I had mental problems after COVID and it got worst and worst, I needed comprehension from the school and my trainee but I couldn’t count on them. (Now that I am leaving I felt safe to send proofs and they told me they would send to the manager investigate) Now, I in a situation were I need to cancel school, and they want me to pay the whole term that I want study because it was due 4 days before I asked the cancelation. It wasn’t a cancellation fee, it’s a whole term payment. Yes, the’ve got this on the letter we sign before enrol, which say: that any due and outstanding fees must be paid (so what I thought was any assessments ou unpaid terms that I was studying must be paid, but not the one I won’t study). At the end, it’s all just about money, they don’t care about you at all. It’s not worthy.
School here is bad. My 2 weeks wasted. I think the reception is bad. There are too many students and I feel restless. Not recommended. People from the same country gather together. Speak English consciously!
