1 I purchased a house designed and built by Hirst. Within three months of purchase, problems pertaining to water leakage started to manifest. The kitchen ceiling has collapsed (see before/after photos and revealing non complaint material used), the front entry way is partially collapsed. The 'Theatre /Bedroom' has become mouldy. The pool house has become mouldy (see before/after pictures). External wall has not been rendered and worse, held up with wooden block (see photo).
The house has also failed assessment by the building surveyor as it does not met the building code specified by VBA - how it passed initially is anyones guess. All this by supposed master builders/architects.
We are in the process of legal proceedings against Mr Hirst. Anyone with similar issues is invited to contact me for a class action lawsuit.
