The guy who picked the mower up was very kind and friendly. He told us that the mower would be serviced in a week or so. Over a month later and we still don’t have our mower back. The mechanic was rude and abrupt when we asked when it would be back. Very poor communication. Would not recommend if you actually need to mow your lawn!

Very helpful people at Greenvalley farm service, saw David down there about a cord starter ratchet problem on my Sanli lawn mower, he worked out a way around the problem and had me on my way promptly, without emptying out my wallet as well, i would recommend them for sure AAA+ Thanks again.

David and his staff always provide excellent service and very helpful, friendly and thorough with all that they do even down to showing/explaining to you what they have done and why including what's on the invoice and why.
Also, whenever they can, if plausible, will help tree people like me and others (gardeners/tradies etc) back on the road and back to work which is invaluable to us. Not all these kinds of shops will do that for you!

After being stuffed around by a couple of other business as I needed a few chains sharpened for my chainsaw, so thought I would give these guys a go. Walked in to ask general advice about petrol chainsaws for my dads property. I was given upfront, honest and a non bs styled response for what I needed. I genuinely appreciate it and will be back again soon. Thankyou.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for repairs. Terrible (nil) communication, months of waiting and rude and condescending service. And they couldn’t fix it in the end.

I dropped my mower off for a service. Staff were not very friendly and quite condescending when I explained the issue with the mower. After an expensive service my mower had the same issues. I ended up taking it to a different business whom were very helpful and friendly. They mentioned there was a part that should have been cleaned and replaced as part of the original service. My mower is now working wonderful. I won't be coming back or recommending this business.

Always easy to deal with, this is the only fairly priced chainsaw maintenance workshop I have found in Melbourne (I realise that the business also offers other services!). Thanks for all your help and advice!

Really great people. Good advice, good prices. This will be where I go for my future mower and gardening stuff, and also servicing etc.

David and staff are fantastic. Knowledgeable and fair on price. I would highly recommend their repair and service to anyone. I run a local landscape gardening business and now buy all my equipment from them also.

Great service, had an issue with a product, was personally replaced within 48hrs no questions asked. When I say personally replaced, it was delivered to my front door and hr away at 7: 30pm at night. Thanks Dave

Bought a new chainsaw on the weekend and the service was fantastic. New chainsaw was fueled, oiled, and run in. Plenty of info on how to treat it right. And fired first go when I got home. Huge difference to buying from a Bunnings and having to set it up yourself. Will definitely be back.

As I wasn't in a hurry, I wasn't too worried about how long it might take. Dave certainly knows his stuff.

Really poor customer service.
Will not call you back despite how many times you call them.
The "manager" is conveniently never there when you call.
Do not take your equipment here.

Just collected my mower after 18 MONTHS, hadn't been touched!
20 phones calls made by me. Zero calls returned.

I can’t say anything more about these guys and the fantastic work they do! I’m a contractor and I’ve been going through them for years. Terrific people combined with value for money & efficient service. Dave has more product knowledge than anyone I know. Best in the area by far!

Stihl is now made to a cheaper standard no quality like the older range, it uses plastic on some parts instead of steel and appears alot weaker. It is the same price on some items but the quality is no longer there. Any idea what to buy now, I regret buying new stihl. Stay away aviod. Better to wear thongs when you mow than to go here. Hope this helps.

Very Poor Service, Zero Communication for pickup, 2 week wait. Its like walking into a Morgue, on top of all that, Poor parking (Main Street)

Brand new Victa did not work, went there for warranty work. They said nothing wrong, so can not claim under warranty! As suggested, I paid around $100.00 for a service to clean up etc. Victa broken after a couple of hours use. So I do not know if they are incompetent or trying to generate business for themselves. Also very condescending behaviour making fun of my questions. I just went there as I live in Greensborough & their shop is at the same location for a long time. I felt unwelcome & weird as a customer. Never again.
