I have recently signed up with Greenstaff. Manisha was my recruitment agent and was so helpful from the start to finish. She was extremely helpful and that made the process very easy. My shifts are booked a week in advance, so no last minute phone calls which I appreciate. I love the flexibility of Greenstaff.

I have not seen such a unprofessional company anywhere in Australia. They don’t even give a notice for delay in payroll and have to call them so many times. They all have different stories created by themselves. I had good time working with them before lockdown but not now anymore. I am having very bad experience of calling them time and again and asking for my payroll. They keep on saying tomorrow and tomorrow is not coming till now. I don’t know what Will their tomorrow comes. Very very unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Such a bad experience. Try to create your own app for timesheets and everything.

I was recruited by Charlotte and a couple others, I found the team to be very clear about expectations from both parties, they were very supportive during the on boarding process, Charlotte has made a conscious effort to keep in touch regularly and appears to have made every effort possible to make sure I have as much work as I want.
The added bonus to this is that the rates are very good and they’re a pleasant team to work with.

At least 17 phone calls from them. I told them to stop and they still keep contacting me. Think they may be getting the details off one of the recruitment sites where you post your C. V.hence had removed mine. Also emailed them twice now and they have not responded. Suspect strongly they may be up to no good. Since previously posting I have contacted the police fraud squad regarding this company. Satinderpal Kaur is not on the AHPRA website and I will be contacting AHPRA re.this person too. Noticed on Linkedin under Greenstaff Medical staff are located in India, how very convenient (note the sarcasm).
