Greensborough Plaza reviews
60We went to grab some sushi for lunch. We even got a shady parking spot. The Plaza itself is OK for a small shopping mall
I bought 2 perfumes on the 18th of December as Christmas gifts for friends. I did not realize at the time that it was a small 40ml bottle. The very next day, I went to Greensborough Plaza Priceline to exchange the items for a 100ml bottle. The store manager completely refused to exchange them and pointed me to a small notice on the wall stating that they do not offer refunds or exchanges.
I was highly surprised by their policy and was disgusted with the behavior of the store manager, who, I assume, is Arabic, just walled to me and said no exchange, sorry.
I am still not sure why brand new items bought the day before with receipts cannot be exchanged. I felt so disgusted that I decided not to deal with Priceline anymore. They have lost a loyal customer. My wife spends thousands at their store, but not anymore. Very disappointed!
One of the best plaza to do your shopping.ample parking, lively place, amazing food court, majority of brands available, clean and tidy toilets, courteous staff and a yes some amazing food joints, specially the Thai restaurant mekong on green.
Great shopping centre clean and well designed, plenty of carparks and stylish and bright food court
I have been to a number of malls in surrounding suburbs but this one is the best in terms of convenience to shop, affordability and variety for women in particular. 3 years till now, always been a happy customer.
Great plaza, isn’t too busy and I always find what I’m looking for. Dining options could improve on variety though.
Nicely laid out. Easy shopping but only for food. Other shops are all similar chain stores so nothing individual about this place.
The plaza is good although the McDoanlds at the food court messed up my order with my friends order. Should’ve gone to the McDonald’s outside of the plaza.
A different kind of shopping experience. Ample parking spread over multiple levels. Escalators make convenient shopping. All the regular shops and more. Getting there can be a challenge. Be patient negotiating traffic as lanes are narrow and pedestrians tends to step without looking.
I had an easy shopping experience buying all the gifts i needed for xmas.its a good place for shopping
I came here to take my wife to the dentist. The playground is great for the wee ones. There’s an awesome deli, and literally Santa. YMMV.
The food is OK but the chairs are the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. Whoever designed these chairs hated humans. It literally shreds your nuts and bum.
Thank you to Greensborough Plaza management for the kind donation of these pots which were painted by our senior group as an art project.

So sad to see this once vibrant little shopping centre become a lifeless ghost town. It is hard to believe it is a Friday night and only eight days before Christmas. Every third shop is either closed, or gone. Cafès are closed, and the centre has the atmosphere of a funeral parlour. This centre either need to be given an urgent renovation, or demolished. It surely cannot continue in its current state. Even other shopping centres in less affluent suburbs have more to offer than Greensborough Plaza. Very sad indeed.
Same as what I saw at Kmart there. Three storey high stopping centre with a lot of people but not conjested despite Christmas. Good to see Christ, Mary and Christmas story in display too.
Worst food court ever! Slowest lifts and terrible parking. Outta the 80s this place, needs updating big time.
Still a ghost town with the restrictions in place. But the shops that were open delivered a great customer service.
One stop to shop for anything and everything with lots of parking and beautiful scenic view from the top floor parking.
Great shops and food and stuff but there is only three toilets in the whole Plaza across three floors. Had to walk from one side to another to bathroom. Imagine if someone had an bathroom emergency XD
