We had our evaporative air conditioner serviced by Daniel. Very happy with the booking and advising us when they were coming. Daniel did a good job, explained everything he was doing. Reasonable pricing compared to others. Highly recommend Greensborough Gas and Electric Centre.

We had air-conditioning problem and our evaporative system was not working due to the high humidity in the air. Although it turned out that it was the weather condition and not the air-conditioning system that caused the problem, they were very responsive and responsible that they came to our door, explained the issue and didn't charge.
Great manner and excellent customer service

Their service is excellent. Always courteous and they do a clean job. They first replaced my hot water unit and then they replaced my ducted heating unit.
They are my go to for anything gas.
Do not hesitate! Greensborough Gas is the No. 1 team!

Customer service second to none. Paid for a water heater in the morning and it was installed a couple of hours later. Plumbers were very professional.

Called Greensborough Gas Shop and spoke to Mark to get a quote for a new Ducted Heating Unit. It has now been installed by Mitch and John and the service I received from start to finish was absolutely outstanding. Thank you so much everyone. My son will be needing a new heating unit shortly and I have already recommended the Greensborough Gas Shop.

Absolutely the best service, even though they referred me to the Warranty service business, they actually saved me $150- $200. I was prepared to pay for a service.
I was told that the unit is under a warranted for 5 years.
Cameron went out of his way to help me. I had to call back because I gave them the wrong manufacturer’s name.
Mark Littlejohn took the second phone call and arranged to get me the necessary service details.
The unit was serviced and repaired within a total of two hours.
You do not get customer Service like this anywhere these days.
I would highly recommend the Greensborough Gas Shop and it’s very helpful staff.
They went out of there way to make sure that I got the job done under warranty.
No $$$ dollars in it for their business but they certainly helped me and saved me lots of money with their fantastic Customer Service.

Had a different company try to rip me off by telling me I needed a new gas heater (at an extremely exorbitant price). I called Greensborough Gas Centre instead. They gave me honest advice about the actual cost of a replacement unit, but were able to get the unit working again anyway with a part replacement at a small fraction of the cost. Greensborough Gas Centre called me back when they said they would, showed up when they said they would, their communication was excellent, their price was very fair, and my system is now working perfectly. It’s a pleasure dealing with honest professionals like GGC.

We had Greensborough Gas out yesterday to fix our evaporative air conditioning. It had started blowing hot air the previous afternoon, and I rang about 8am yesterday. They had someone out within an hour. And the repair was done quickly and economically. Can’t say how great the service was. Thanks so much!

Did and charged what they said they would. Replaced a typical old gas wall furnace with a new Braemar unit. Greg was excellent. A standard part didn't fit our double brick cavity so Greg installed it as is and said he would have one custom made. Sure. I thought expecting never to hear from Greg again, but he called a couple of weeks later and installed the part at no charge! Unbelievable in this day and age, these guys deserve to be in business. Don't waste your time elsewhere

They installed a ducted heating system for us couple of weeks ago and they did a great job. Lady in office was very helpful. Luke who installed the system was very professional.

Called Greensborough Gas Centre and was answered by a very helpful and polite lady. Service was arranged same day and certified technician attended same afternoon. Technician was polite, professional and had fixed the thermostat within the hour. Saved cost of entire new unit $1600 which some plumbers will charge to do instead of fixing faulted part. Unit was repaired for $400 saving a pensioner $1200. Will be recommending Greensborough Gas Centre to all Probus groups in the area. Can't thank them enough. TOP JOB. FIVE STARS.

These guys were very helpful sorting an appointment which suited us both. Arrived within the 1hr time frame given. Bloke who attended was polite, courteous and friendly. Much better service than some of the local competitors.

Very pleased - I sent out a few quote requests with photos of the site and the old unit via email. Mark from Greensborough Gas Centre replied with a very competitive quote for both the unit and the installation, he did not require further details possibly because their company installed the original gas ducting system 39 years ago. - The job was promptly booked in. Due to the weight of the original unit four installers attended the refit, the guys were very courteous they did a great job and everything was left clean with the old unit and boxes taken away. On time and on budget – no surprises. Judging by this installation I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

I had my Brivis gas heating replaced, it took less than 2 weeks to wait and the job was finished on the day quickly, price was ok ($700ish for labor). But they charged my credit card an additional $20 fee without letting me know prior (which is cheating), also my gas hot water was not turned back on after the installation, so that night I had no hot water and had to call them in the next day to fix it. Also the communication and attitude could be improved.
