The food is lovely but, gave me the wrong order and unfortunately the shop is closed now, so no one is answering. Just 30 minutes ago, Order 2 chicken Souvlakis for girls and fish pack for me, but girls got red meat instead. DISAPPOINTED.

Avoid the food isn’t great & customer service is basically non-existent by the younger ones.

Ordered through ubereats. Not only did we get the wrong order but we spent 30-45 minutes trying to ring and the phone didn't answer. Won't be going back there.

Best fish and chips ever! The batter is the best and chips always cooked perfectly. Kebabs are always cooked to perfection as well, definitely will be going again

This place respects its loyal customers and doesn't let those pushy uber drivers push in. I just witnessed one yelling at them and they kicked her out the shop. Was great to see.

Used to come here all the time until I moved out of the area. Visited tonight and the quality of the food has gone down hill. The chips were green

Imo this fish n chips place is a gem.id say 9 out of 10 times their food is on point.been around a few fish n chips places round western suburbs over the last 4years.
-these guys would be top for me so far.the staff are friendly and their younger staff actually smile!

Honestly I don't know why there are so many stupid 1 star reports with un-clear reasons for the 1 stars.
But the fish and chips are amazing, and reminds me of UK fish and chips and they are super efficient

I phoned to place an order, the guy on the other end, said no chance, and hung up. I am new to the area, they have just lost a customer with rudeness. Very unhappy ️

Too greedy. 9 out of 10 times the card machine would read out of order. When voiced out my concerns to pay cash during covid times, the owner defends saying there is no proof that covid spreads through cash transactions. And accepts the fact that he accepts card payments only couple of days a week. Cash only business is very fishy.seems evading tax.

I am thoroughly impressed with the food! First time ordering from here, chips were beautiful, schnitzel roll was amazing too. Food is great. Will be back to try something else.

When the owner cooks the food is amazing, it takes me back to the early 1970's and this man knows the meaning of a high standard. I take my hat off to him and he deserves to have a chain of fish and chips shops. Thank you and hope you have a great day

Ordered a fish burger.what a disappointment. The fish was practically as thick as the paper it was wrapped in with half a leaf of lettuce and a dried egg. Won't be going back there.

I love this place great food fish is always crispy and fresh and the chips are crunchy burgers are great too. Always friendly and quick service.
