Fantastic service from Mikayla and the staff at Green Element. Love the ambience and tranquility there and especially enjoy the neck and scalp massages. Awesome place - I would recommend to try.

Did not get what I paid over $500 for!

They refused to refund, although they were unable to fit me in to rectify the mistake that they had made

Due to their busy diary and mine.

I went to them in the middle of getting ready to move overseas, so that I would not need to visit a hairdresser for a while.
Whilst working fulltime, packing up my life and saying goodbye to family and friends whom I will not see for some time.
They thought I was being inflexible as I only had 1 day avail to come in again.

So my diary was super full which is why I went in 4 weeks before flying out.

The colour I was given lasted less than 10 days! It washed put totally after 2 washes with the shampoo and condition they recommended and sold to me

I had explained what I wanted and why, when I went in to get hair coloured and cut.

I went back in on day 11 to see them but they were all too busy to see me although arrangement had been made for me to visit.

Their response sorry we didnt see your message confirming. I had responded to their text 5 mins after I received it the day before.

They were full of excuses.
Instead they offered me a bottle of tinted conditioner for me to use at home!
What happened to good, quality service?

Not once did the salon manager get involved, the 3 staff that I spoke to were (not allowed to discuss refunds!)

This is a case of "YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR "

I love this salon. Never have to wait. Ross listens and has given me the best haircut I've had since I moved to Melbourne 3 years ago. And he is basically the nicest guy ever.

Walked in for a fringe trim and had the most wonderful and thoughtful trim done by Ross. Lovely place and people - I’ll be back!

I have visited Green Element twice now from September.
I see Zakary, who is an absolute superstar at Blonde Transformations. I came in Brunette, with the intentions of going lighter, he informed me of the process in-depth, and guided me through every step of the treatment.
I have never felt more comfortable in a salon, and will continue to refer everyone as I couldn't be happier.
The colour is so beautiful, and I am in love with my new hair!

I've been going to greenelement regularly for a little over a year now and highly recommend them! The staff are always friendly, Ross is the best (especially with my crazy curly hair!) and Shelby gives the best welcome neck massage on arrival. Yes, that's right, welcome neck massage!

The new owner is rude and doesn't understand the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It's a year later I felt like something a bit more dramatic. I asked for darker with some red. OMG! Paige absolutely out did herself. This colour is incredible. It's darker than my normal color but because of the reds it actually makes me look more tanned. It goes perfectly with my complexion and eye color. It's exactly what I was hoping it would be and more ️️️
