Excellent so caring I would recommend this clinic and a big thank you from my dog Rocky. He is now feeling alot better.

Took my very excitable 2 y/o dog Buddy here for a sore leg, the reception staff were so so lovely to him and able to squeeze us in after my booking was lost, Dr Lee was amazing and handled him perfectly. Everything was explained to us in a way that was easy to understand and the price was more than reasonable (paid about $140 all up for a consult and medication). Definitely coming back here for all the future check ups for Buddy, and transferring our other pets here too. Couldn’t recommend this clinic more and thankyou so much again to all the staff!

We usually go to a different Greencross vets but when my elderly dog became unwell we went to Ringwood as our usual practice was booked out. We are so glad that we did, Dr Kate was wonderful with our old boy through his last few months of life. She was very informative and understanding of our difficult decisions. When it came time to let him go he was treated like a king during his last visit. All the staff there were lovely but i cannot speak highly enough of Dr Kate, we will definitely continue to go to this clinic.

Always greeted with a warm hello over the phone and a helpful and quick chat to see how best to help my dog Lola. Everyone is super friendly and helpful especially over the Covid period they didn’t lose their essence! Well done and a much deserved 5/5

Dr Luke Evans is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. Not only is he professional but he is also seems very genuinely caring about my pet. The other staff are friendly & caring too. Great vet.

Reception staff are always friendly and helpful. Management are unfortunately deceptive about costs, always asking for more for one reason or another when its time to pick up our loved ones.
I no longer trust the care of my pets with Green Cross Vets Ringwood North.

The staff are friendly and helpful and Luke was seeing Max my rescue dog and was gentle and understanding as he gave us the best advice about Max's health and well-being. As Max was restless he still managed to give him his shots and check him over.
I'm very grateful for there understanding and I would recommend them to family and friends very professional, passionate about their work and I'm thankful.

Great friendly Vet service that are wonderful with my scared stressed dog, Ian is so good with her she allows him to treat her and gets better each time - such a big change from previous. It is no longer a horrible experience for everyone.

Gives an appointment and cancels for being exactly 5 mins late. Had to unnecessarily put my cat to stress for getting him to the vet. Didn’t pick my call on time, very unprofessional.

Everyone is so caring at Greencross Ringwood North. All the vets and nurses make a lovely fuss of your pet.

Had my little Ozzy put down yesterday. The team were absolutely fantastic with the care they gave both Ozzy and myself. The young vet (a British girl I can't remember her name) could not have been more understanding and supporting in this horrible time. 6 stars out of 5 ️
