Greenbrook Dial-A-Pizza

I’ve been coming to this place for years now I absolutely love their pizza’s.definitely the best pizza in Victoria hands down!:)

I’ve ordered pizza on Monday and the toppings on the pizzas were burnt.
Rang up to complain I explained the reason for my call and that I have guests and that I am really embarrassed to even serve them the pizza as the actual toppings on both pizza were burnt. I hear someone talking in the background blaming the shortage of the capsicum and that’s why they are burnt and if they make me another pizza same thing will happen! WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE! Very bad customer service. Really disappointed!

Not sure what it is but the pizzas are not as great at it was pre pandemic. - think they changed how the base is made.

Also, maybe it's my bad luck, but my pizza orders are becoming a swing and a miss. One time the base was undercooked (I just put in oven for 10mins and it was ok). Another time, the chicken was flavourless (even my niece who used to like it said same thing). The last one, they forgot key ingredients.

I do love their meals with salad and chips, please don't change how you make those!

Ordered pizzas and it was as good as I remembered them pre-pandemic.

Will order again another time to see if I get the same quality.

The meals are still great!

Wonderful pizza! We particularly enjoyed the chicken one. Tasty and filling with loaded toppings

Delious Pizza & Pasta dishes with very reasonable prices. And last but not least the customer service is very good as well.

Listen if you want to go here it's one of my favourite pizza places the flavour is so good the texture of the base is so fluffy! But the good comes with its bad (not too bad just annoying) they've often made mistakes with my order and give me the wrong pizza. I know I should look at my pizza before I leave the store but when youre hungry youre hungry and just wanna eat it asap! A few things are confusing when it happened the first time as in they didn't tell us what to do with the wrong pizza while on the phone to us. Just some poor communication really. But the girls on the phone are normally so sweet and nice I love them!

My recent experience with Greenbrook Dial-A-pizza was so bad that I don't even know where to begin first of all they got the wrong order after i repeated myself twice if getting the wrong order wasn'tbad enough the pizza was not cut into slices was cold and did not have cheese to glue the toppings to the bread so with every bit the toppings would fall off I would not be ordering from here next time and I advice you to do the same.

Nice large portions, completely worth the money spent. Has always been of a good standard for many years!

I ordered a veal parma, a chicken schnitzel and a pizza. We live a fair distance from the restaurant and the food arrived piping hot. The parma and the schnitzel were a very good size and they came with a really generous amount of chips. The kids loved their pizza. The meals were excellent value. These guys will be my go to pizza joint from now on.

Been coming here for 15 years since i was a kid, by far the best pizza place in the whole area, staff are super friendly, accommodating and generous! The food tastes amazing time after time! Please never change!

Honestly, very impressed. Had never tried their pizza however needed them to cater for our party. Rocky was extremely helpful from the outset, went above and beyond explaining the sizes, prices, quantity needed etc. Pizza was delicious & delivery time was spot on (asked for 2.10pm delivery and they arrived at 2.08pm). The whole experience was seamless which made for a really good day. Thanks to Rocky and the team. We will definitely be back.

Amazed to see they process such a large number of orders. The guys are continuously working and stack the pizza. These guys knows what they are doing.

There pizzas are traditional good old fashion and taste amazing every single time, the staff are wonderful.

Taking pizza from here from long time. More then 5 star rating for the quality of the pizza. Today 02.02.21 need to deal for customer service.which was more then best.when I call after reaching home definetly owner was not in the phone. But staff listened to me in a very good way. I Think staff is trained in very good way by the owner. 100 percent for the owner customer satisfaction is the priority.

Great pizzas, but the delivery is shocking. Was told 45min-1hour, it's been 2 hours and I'm still waiting. This has happened multiple times. Its disappointing because the pizzas are great, but I probably won't be getting pizzas from them again.
