So I've just tried graphite for the first time instead of talk for splitting petrobond in 2 part flasks, the result unexpected.i had 2 flawless casts in a row.for me thats a good ratio.

If you’re a hobbyist like me then this is the place to get your supplies as Bruce has all the required supplies bagged up into convenient sizes at very reasonable prices. If you’re not sure about mixing you’re own casting sand he has that covered too as he has premixed green sand and Petrobond available as well. He had some green sand on had so he could demonstrate the correct ’feel’ of the mix when it’s ready to use. You can’t get that from a book.

Bruce was great. Got my Greensand and Petrobond off him. Lots of tips and advice off him too and a heap of information. A much needed find if you going to be doing any casting.
