Had the best remedial massage. I wish I could have stayed longer! Carol was great and recommended alternative remedial massage options form my back.

Awful experience. I'm so sore now the next day. I feel battered and bruised. She used my back as a scrubbing board. Wouldn't go again even if I was paid to.

Both times I’ve been here I’ve been sneezed and coughed on. Today the lady literally had her mask off and coughed directly on me with no attempt to cover her mouth. Disgusting!

Horrible experience at this location. The masseuse has almost left me worse for wear. Not only did I become motion sick from being rubbed up and down the bed I have areas too sore to touch. No wonder they make you pay upfront prior to treatment as they must know how bad it is.

Really convenient that we could book the appointment online. We wanted to have foot massage done at the same time. Masseuse were good. Comfortable and clean facility. Really good location in Chadstone. We could grab a bite after and did a bit of shopping.

Really great experience. Friendly hard working staff and an excellent massage. But they need to stop the brisk whacking clients backs or legs to indicate massage has ended. Its physical assault ok? ! Cease the smacking and I'll return more often

My partner and I walked in and I had a really sore back and wanted to get that sorted out ASAP. We went in at around 10.10am and we were seen straight away. We had Lisa and Anna help us out and they did an incredible job. I got a deep tissue massage and Lisa was very friendly and an expert at what she does, I told her where I was experiencing pain and I wanted a strong deep tissue massage and she checked in on me to confirm the strength level and to ensure that the spots she was massaging was effective. My partner got a shoulder and foot massage and he also asked for a strong massage and was not disappointed. We will both be coming back for sure!

Massage is good but most of staff can't speak English so it was quite difficult to communicate with, also the price always changes only a week after they charge different, apparently they don't really care of you are member or regular customer.

A little bit pricey now, service is okay not impressive. It is convenient to open at a shopping mall.

Asked for neck shoulders and head massage. They only did my shoulders in the end and idk why. AND they charged me the full amount for neck shoulders and head. You get scammed here, don’t come here

Absolute rip off. I’ve been here 6-7 times and used my private health cover for remedial massage everytime. At the counter they refused to use my private health cover because the certain staff WASN'T trained in remedial massage. Then they had the nerve to add on a surcharge for the eftpos machine. $81.60 for a 45min back massage. VERY POOR - STAY AWAY

Extremely unprofessional - they tried to up the pricing at the counter when I wanted to use my private health cover.

The lady very clearly did not know her job. She was rough and extremely unprofessional. Would never recommend anyone to waste their hard earned money here.

Very hit and miss, and apparently you now need to give them your phone number before the massage starts? When I questioned why, the staff member at the door could only answer “because that is the policy”, and when I said I still don’t understand their need for my number, he said “why, have you forgotten your own number? ” Combined with their lazy massages, it’s safe to say I’ll never return.

Massage was ok - didn't really seem professional, just average, and not symmetrical on both sides of my body.

Asked for "neck and shoulders", and ended up having my arms, hands and scalp massaged as well (taking time away from the areas I asked for).

I was a bit taken aback at being asked to pay upfront, and was charged a price about $15 more than I expected. I definitely kept my eye on the time to ensure I got the 30 minutes.

This place used to better, in terms of the quality of the massage, and more competitively priced. Won't bother going again.

Absolute rip off! Was greeted at the front with the price list, asked for 30min massage. Whilst I was 10min in a customer was arguing that they raised pricing on him by $10.

After my 30min they did the exact same thing to me!

Cash only payments during these day and age.
The masseuses for my partner and I both was over worked and tired.

I went here this afternoon, l was impressed, l got a 60 minute Foot and calf Reflexology, and then l decided to get a 30 minute BACK and neck Massage. Was well done by the Therapist.l paid 130$.

Highly recommend them!
