Great place for a good massage. Staff are very nice and listen to what strength you need. Definitely recommend it!

I should read reviews before I go…I highly recommend avoiding this establishment. In my experience, the staff were not professionally trained and provided a subpar service. The therapist who performed my massage seemed to have no understanding of proper techniques or pressure points, leading to a painful and unpleasant experience. Communication was also difficult, which only added to my dissatisfaction. Overall, I did not feel relaxed at all and was disappointed with the $60 I spent on a remedial massage. I do not recommend this business.

Not bad for a shopping center massage. I did the remedial 30 mins with my daughter. Was able to use my health insurance and got $20 back. Was odd that they asked us to pay prior to massage and wanted cash.

Asked for head, neck and shoulder massage but only did shoulder and insisted $55 instead of $40 the usual price. He claimed that he did "deep tissue" style when clearly it was not! I was able to argued my way out and paid $40 at last. Very dodgy.not recommended.

It is a very nice place to relax and all the therapist are so lovely with good service and good skills.

The lady that gave me a massage didn't seem to be experienced. Didn't seem like a professional massage. There was no music at all. My daughter had a massage at the same time with another person and she said the massage was very good and she enjoyed it. I guess she got a good one.

Asked for a full body massage and only received a massage on my back and back legs, was then charged $100. Was a poor quality massage, the lady definitely seemed inexperienced.
Maybe they should state their 'full body' massage is really only half a body massage so people know before hand. Definitely no worth $100. So disappointed

Highly recommend NOT going to this place. I don’t think the staff here is even professionally trained. The person who did my massage had no idea about techniques and pressure points, kept on doing the same thing the whole time which was actually really hurting. Also very hard to communicate.

It did not make me relax at all! Wasted $60 on remedial massage

My boyfriend and I have a terrible massage experience in the shop. They don’t tell you how long you’re gonna wait and let you wait for ten min on the bed. During the time of massage I told the therapist to focus more on my hands and low back. But she spent lot of time on my middle back with the ribs which normally therapists don’t do much thing on it and I can even feel she was having a day dreaming at the time because she did the same position by rolling which is an easy way for her to relax for ages. So I said never mind, please just did my head for the rest of my time. She’s just touching my scalp or push my head on the bed. The worst experience of massage. They need to be trained.

Do not go there if you want to claim your private insurance. They make you wait and make it very difficult for you. They restrict to only a few service you can claim for.

Friendly staff, who know what they are doing. Warm cosy environment. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended
