I recently rented a car here and it was a great experience from start to finish. I rented the car for a two-week period, and it exceeded my expectations in every way.
The car had all the features I needed, fuel-efficient, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service was truly excellent, and I felt well looked after throughout the entire rental process.
The pick-up process was quick and efficient, with a comprehensive condition report provided by the attentive staff.

Green Motion made the car rental experience so easy! We needed a car for just one day to explore outside of the city. With just a phone call we had a car delivered to our hotel and we were off exploring!

Kristen and the staff are amazing and so helpful. Got the car with brand new MG, but had an issue with the battery (i think it’s caused by the manufacturer). Kristen was so kind and helpful, she even stayed back one hour after her shift had been done to wait for us return the car because of fixing the car’s battery.

Had a really great experience. I was caught organising a car at last minute. The guys returned communications with me outside of business hours, the overall hire charge was very well priced and fair. I had to organise everything over text which Michal made super easy.

Just rented with Green Motion - amazing experience! Rates were excellent, extensions easy and the flexibility offered was exceptional. All the staff were helpful, actually they went over and above, checking that all was ok. Great service with friendly staff, availability at short notice & a very smooth process

Good and very friendly service, quite new car (i30 with less than 10k on the clock, and good specs like adaptive cruise control for such a small car), and very competitive pricing (cheaper than industry employee discount rate from the big brands). Easy collection and drop-off.

Note that their damage excess is really high even for small car sizes (A$4500), and also a A$500 deposit is taken when checking out (and promptly returned after dropoff). These directly reflect to the cheaper rental price, and with a proper third-party insurance from your credit card (or similar) this is no issue of course.

Rating 4/5 since their automated system never sent me the rental agreement to my email after car pickup (got an email but copy of the agreement was not attached). Thus i had no proof of rental with me. Emailed them but no response during the long weekend. No biggie, but if we wanna be perfect, have to fix this. ;)

What a breeze, compared to most car rental companies. They even came in early so I could drop off the car outside business hours to make my flight. Brilliant!

The staff is very friendly and efficient. All the paper work was done in a few minutes. The car was clean and in a perfect condition. I really can recommend Green Motion at the Pullman Hotel.

Five star experience. Amazing customer service, Luke was great. He really understood what our needs were and suggested us the perfect car. The car was also in amazing shape (almost new), so we had a seamless experience. Prices are also decent. I would highly recommend these guys.
