Green Element Wellness - Massage in Malvern

I have had neck shoulder pain for years, been to numerous hard core deep tissue / remedial massages to ease the pain. (I can't even go to sleep sometimes).
Bob from Green Elements is one of the best masseurs you could have if you have on-going pain and want to get deep into your pain spots. You might be sore the next day, but it's totally worth it and you will thank him for all the pressure points he pressed to make you feel like screaming during the treatment. Tina the boss lady is also lovely to dealing with.

Had a wonderful facial and massage from Maggie, it was so relaxing, I felt like I drifted off into another world, she has amazing hands, highly recommend

I read the reviews for this place and everyone raved about Doris. So I was surprised when I went there today and had a deep tissue massage by Bob.
Bob focused more on myotherapy techniques, which I'd not come across before. All I can say is that I've never been in so much pain in my life. He hit every pressure point in my glutes and lower back that I was screaming out in pain, begging him to stop.
I just hope that my back problem improves after all the suffering I went through today. Time will tell if I return. Bob was very friendly and was trying to help, but I'm not sure if I can handle it again, especially as his "massage" has resulted in me being covered in bruises.

Dorris knows exactly where your pain points are and leaves you feeling much better than when you walked in. Amazing service!

Doris is a passionate healer who looks at your whole body even if you arrive with a specific issue. I have had a few myotherapy sessions which combine massage, needling and other techniques. Don’t ask me how it works but I always come out feeling better! The pain that brought me in last time was gone by the time Doris finished and hasn’t returned in the past 6 days since my treatment. I have had extreme sholder pain since early this year. Been to doctors and physios and couldnt get any relief. Doris sorted out my shoulder with her magic last night and my shoulder feels great and I had the best sleep in close to a decade. I will be booking in next week to to get her to work on my back.
