The staff here are always wonderful. I have been going to greendoor since i was a kid, and now take my kids here too. Theyre great at what they do. Theyre friendly and make it fun for the kids too.

Love this salon! Always friendly and the girls are experienced and happy to cater to all styles and options. Really well priced, which is a big bonus these days.

Connie is an absolute machine when it comes to hair! She always consistently does an amazing job and makes me feel so beautiful

Came in to get a hair cut after seeing great comments on a FB page. I don't think l have ever felt so insulted and old. Older lady said very loudly that l had way to much grey hair for the colour l had, which l had no idea so thanks for that. You could have actually started a conversation and made me feel better about your comments. Hair cut was super fast and she acted annoyed with me if anything. Sorry wish l didn't come in at all

What a wonderful proprietary she takes all her staff on like family you can feel the warmth in the business that's the difference it's a 5star for me

Always come here for my hair cut with Coonie who cuts my hair perfectly every time. This time I had to bring my 3 year old along and by the end of it she 'didntwant to leave- they were all so accommodating and friendly. Always a good experience

I can not express my thanks and appreciation for this wonderful team of hair stylists. I have worked in and attended many salons and could not be more satisfied with the service, professionalism, knowledge and client care I have received.
At a recent app’t while travelling for work, Loretta honestly advised me that the service I requested would not be of benefit but did her best with the limited time available. I did note that all of the stylists consulted at length and confirmed with their clients, prior to commencing the service.
On return to Melbourne I attended the salon and was welcomed and treated like an old friend (even though I was not recognised). After a lengthy consultation Amanda, Skye and Loretta worked on my hair with noticeable expertise.
I am extremely happy with the results with my hair and have since received many positive comments.
If I could pack this salon up and take it home, I’d do it in a heartbeat.
Keep up the fabulous work girls and see you next time (hope you enjoyed your lunch).

Have been a long time client of Greendoor. Loretta and her team are incredible. Always so lovely and welcoming. Never once had a bad haircut or interaction with any of the team. I always look forward to getting my haircut because it feels like you’re visiting old friends. As someone who is very pedantic about their hair I would 100/10 recommend Greendoor!

After colouring my hair reds and purples since age of 16 to cover early grey I had always needed to cover regrowth 4 or 6 weekly. Asked many times at different hairdressers to move to a lighter color to allow for some ashy blond/grey that wouldn’t be so horrible to look at the regrowth and was told it couldn’t be done. This is the first time a hairdresser has listened to me and understood what I needed. I was struggling not being able to afford to look decent with regrowth making me feel old and unattractive. This salon is full of happy, dedicated and kind staff. They took the time and effort and the Color was unbelievably good. I was in tears getting in my car and seeing my hair so beautifully colored and cut. I can’t praise them highly enough. The hairdressers work with the clients rather than just getting people in and out as quickly as possible and the rates for the work done is fair. Truly changed my life and my ability to look in the mirror and not be ashamed. Thanks to you all very much!

What is with all the attitude? And i can't believe i had to to another salon to fix the damage they did to my hair. Waste of my money and time, just because someone is a minor, doesn't mean they don't understand anything and you can cut however you wish.

Went in tonight, I told an older lady what I wanted and she kept insisting for me to keep my hair long she kept asking if I was sure and I kept saying yes I am sure she kept questioning and I got annoyed towards the end.she was burning my hair with the hair straightener and the blow dryer she kept pulling my hair and I was getting scared with the way she was handling the hair straightener around my ears.and as I was paying and getting ready to leave another girl opened the door and was screaming in my ear to have a good night but she was extremely rude the one star is for the price.don’t go here stay away from this salon the workers are so rude

Unfortunately usually good but this time very terrible snd made my son feel and look terrible and then try blame him.just not on.please be much more patient with all your customers.peace ️

Unfortunately, I sent this salon an email, telling them of my disappointment, I am an ex hairdresser, and received the worst hair cut I have ever had, I had hoped that someone would have contacted me but nobody did, so that says alot to me, I showed a picture of what I wanted, and the length I wanted, but came out with my hair considerably shorter and extremely uneven so because of the lack of communication, I decided to voice my opinion and tell others my experience, if they don't care don't care why should I, will definitely not recommend this salon, sorry but you really need to communicate with people that take the time to tell you in private how upset and how unhappy they are with your service, and listen to what your client has asked you to do with their hair absolutely discussed
