Arrived within an hour of my booking only to find we had a major power outage so came back the next day as promised. Gave great advice on an aging unit. Thankyou all warm and toastie now.

Grech have sorted out my heating and cooling needs for years, my dad always used them to service their units also.
There is no one else we would use, they service our area of ivanhoe and sorrounding suburbs.

Recently had split system aircon replaced. Stefan and Kurt were punctual, professional and good communicators. Removed the old system and installed the new and cleaned up afterwards. A painless experience for me!

Have used the previously. This time, an early morning hot water system emergency call out, Phillip arrived, quick fix, would not change us or take a cash payment despite my insistence.

Our AC recently stopped working, the Grech team were able to come out the next business day, and were quick to identify the problem. They were able to get a replacement part and make the repair in a couple of days.
Every other place I called couldn't even get out to us for 2-4 weeks!

Absolutely incredibly service and fantastic value for money. We are a medical clinic. Our aircon failed on Thu 9/12/21. Forecast was for 35 deg + next week. Grech came at 6 am Saturday (to minimise interruption to patients/doctors) and repaired it by 10 am. Unbelievable customer focus. Wellness Medicine. Clifton Hill.

Not a good Service at all.one my cooling unit was stop working. Then I called this guys saying they cant fixed it have to to but new unit and have to go through Insurance. So I called other guys and he find out there was issues with motor.he fixed it.i wish I can give negative reviews.

My 1 year old heater got tested for carbon monoxide and found to have high levels. They disconnected and installed a new system for over 2500. After the installation I found out that my warranty became void at point of disconnection. They should have advised me of this.
After less than a month the new system stopped working and Gresch have proven to be unprofessional, in compassionate and insist on charging call out fee and labour fees to replace a wire to repair the issue.

I have made a VCAT application and hope to get a positive outcome. I am not surprised by the negative reviews on the page.

Grech replaced a 20 year old external gas ducted heater for me in Richmond, and did a terrific job, and were most helpful to deal with and patient with my queries. After an initial visit and a proposal where I asked for several options, we landed on a replacement gas ducted unit that was more efficient with a better controller. They returned promptly to do the install and removed the old unit for disposal and cleaned up behind them. Grech had also helped me 15 years ago when I installed a new heater at a different property I was staying in at the time. No hesitation in recommending them for a job. Should be called greedy heating and cooling. Charged for labour without any Labor. Worthless and never ever use them.

Installed my split system. Gave great advice and guidance on selecting something to suit my needs. Installation was done really well, and the team was very professional. Very happy, would recommend.
