Generous food portions, turnaround time is quick for a busy place. Our roast vegetables were perfection, in comparison to other places where they blanch them for 2 seconds and remain as hard as a rock. Props to you for delivering tasty meals!

Ordered the parmi, came out stone cold. Goes to show food isnt cooked fresh. Won't be back for a long time.such a shame as we live locally and mostly have an ok meal for a pub

Visited hotel on NYE for evening meal. Good food selection & reasonably priced. We ordered the steak & a lamb shanks with vegetables which were both perfectly cooked to our liking. The steak was very tasty and the lamb delicious, just falling of the bone. Staff polite & efficient. Highly recommend. Will definitely return for another meal.

This is my local pub and it is walking distance from my home and I go there often to have their steak! I love it. Always perfect and cooked to perfection with beautiful chips that I just can’t get enough of too!

Such friendly staff too and lovely surroundings. Much nicer than most pubs and the function room is great for private parties too! It’s called the “Western Room” and we had my brother’s engagement party in that room and my Aunts wake. It’s a lovely intimate setting for a private party of up to 40 people. We love the Western Room and will book it for another private function real soon.

The service is always good & the food is usually brought out quickly. The steaks are cooked to perfection. The home made spinach gnocchi is amazing. Soft, fresh & pillowy. It's a favourite and never fails to be delicious every single time. A great place for a quick meal or a few drinks with dinner & friends.

It was the worst my sister and cousin are really sick vomiting they didn’t know what they were doing barely any options also my mum was eating and she cut her chicken and then this chicken tube came out there was nothing good about it NOTHING AT ALL most disgusting food + service I went there for my Nonno’s 70th birthday and that’s what happens they did the cake where everyone can see horrible

If you want to sit an an actual pub, and maybe order some crumbed cutlets, and drink reasonably priced drinks with two sizes of wine glass to choose from, come here. All the time. If you do not want these things, re-evaluate yourself my dudes

Amazing meals.always tasty.garlic and cheese bread is to die for! I only have one complaint.went there a couple of nights ago and ordered Nasi Goreng.paid the extra $2.50 to get prawns added to it.when it arrived, there was one prawn in it.yes, ONE prawn. Ripped off! Won’t be doing that again!

Superb. Outstanding meals, with great portion size and fantastic quality. Place has received a great upgrade since our last time there. We were sat near the kitchen which we would normally frown at, but it was delight to see such a great work environment and it looked astonishingly well managed and kept. Credit to management here. Overall, highly recommended and looking forward to returning again.

We are regular customers and love the selection of food and the friendly service. The only criticism I have is the food is served on cold plates. Recently I am aware of two meals being sent back as the food was almost cold when served due to the plates.
We had a meal there tonight. It was delicious and served on hot plates!
This will be our regular place from now on.

Very good service & food. 4 of us had different dishes with praise. Thank you Great Western, i have special needs as in no garlic or onion you copted with that without any problem. Cheers & happy days ahead.

Friday lunch with the family. Generous serves, they all came out together, fantastic service. Recommended

We came in with a largish group with small children. Duck and Mushroom Risotto was well above what I was expecting for a pub, amazingly tasty. Garlic bread was so delicious. Staff were all super friendly. Food came out fast.

The staff are very friendly, meals were as suspected, not fantastic but serviceable. Price a little high for the li ack of table service.

Not a fan and won't be back, my wife ordered the "chicken princess" the menu states "a Kiev cut breast" firstly there was nothing princess about it, dry, tasteless, no garlic butter, and I'd like to know where you catch a chicken with thigh bones in it's breast, thatdt be one quick chook. I went with the old crumbed snags, always a go to you'd think, I couldn't have been more wrong, if I wanted supermarket snags cooked to the point they were tent pegs I would've gone to Aussie disposals. The churro's were near burnt, the chocolate sauce was. Overall terrible and over priced considering I could have walked across the road and got a cheaper and tastier microwave burger at the servo.

Extremely disappointed with our meals ordered Chicken Princess which was described as a baked chicken kiev with mashed potatoes, peas, mushrooms, and bacon with creamy mustard sauce. Unfortunately it was nothing more than a piece of roast chicken, certainly nothing that even remotely resembled a chicken kiev. The mashed potatoes were nice but that's about it, the meals are very expensive for what you get and the service is slow and the staff are not friendly did not see not one smile the whole time. I would not bother going back.
