I went great service was told herbs of Gold mens multi was very good, thanks there excellent. I'm 5t and work on the tools, I now can do things when I get home heaps of energy thanks guys

Since my last enquiry it seems moving store was a good idea- yesterday I paid a visit and was pleasantly surprised that I received attentive service from the 2 ladies (staff) in store- thank you.

My young daughter was asked about her digestive processes and bowel movements in front of a bunch of other customers. I get that these people like to think they're very informed about health food etc.but that doesn't give them the right to ask personal questions without permission.

Always great to see Emma Kate. Always gives the old-fashioned "service with a smile".

Always feel so welcome here! Emma-kate has helped me over the past few months with digestion. I feel so much better!

Excellent service from all staff- really helpful and very patient. I'm a long standing weekly customer and have never been disappointed with the service at Camberwell.

I love the staff at Great Earth Camberwell! They are so lovely, extremely knowledgeable and always happy to help. I trust their knowledge and they have EVERYTHING! Such great stock! And awesome prices too! I've been shopping here for years. And big bonus is they let me bring in my little puppy who loves visiting as she gets spoilt with lots of cuddles:)

Consistently great service by knowledgeable, professional staff Amanda and Emma-Kate. Newly in charge for a few months now and what a difference they've made to this business in such a short time! I've been coming to this store for a few years and was pleasantly surprised at how much more in tune they were with their customers than previous staff.

(Hence possibly the earlier negative reviews going back a year or so. Disregard those.)

These gals are so helpful, especially when filling my orders and they'll give you a courtesy call when your order has come in. The 10% Sunday discount card is great value too. Easy parking nearby. What's not to like?

Emma-Kate is extremely knowledgeable and passionate, goes well and truly over and above and genuinely cares for her customers. I felt an instant difference with the products she recommended and feel I'm in the best of hands. I can't thankyou enough Emma-Kate.

I visited today and spoke to Alison - she was super helpful and very knowledgeable, and I found their prices were very competitive. Their range is also excellent! Lots of delicious healthy snacks and complementary products to assist with a range of issues. Highly recommend.

Brilliant store, great staff, have been going here for 10 years, unsure of why there are negative reviews. I visit at least once a week.

The first staff member knew nothing. The second female staff member had a very unpleasant manner and seemed exasperated to serve me!

WARNING THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS! I used to like this store but it has seen better days. Symptomatic of this is their bogus sales which are sometimes more expensive than other stores regular price and no returns policy. Even if something is unopened they dont take it back. BE SURE TO SHOP AROUND before accepting their "sale price" eg Manuka honey $80 on sale per kg. Woolworths has it for $34 per kg and a better brand. DONT GET CONNED

On 3rd. Jan. 2017, it was my worst shopping experience ever. They put low price ticket on the shelf and the items, however selling them with much higher price when you pay the money. When I realised this and returned to the shop just 20 minutes later and asked them, they told me that they had put wrong price ticket, but Belinda, the staff, refused to refund or even not return me the price difference. Such a PRICE CHEATING and BAD customer service! Never go there again.

I don't normally take the time to leave reviews, but today is different.
I always go to the various great earth Shops around Melbourne. I normally spend $150-$250 on practice or branded supplements and food at least! Today I drove 45 mins to the Camberwell store and got to the shop right on their close time of 6pm to be told that they had cashed up and were not prepared to allow me to get what I needed even Tho I explained planned on paying by card. I was upset that although I'm unwell, I went to all that effort just to be turned away. I thought I must have got the close time wrong, so I double checked the time to make sure it was 6pm.

At 6: 02 I went back to the shop and explained that I would be spending over $200 and because I had driven all this way could I please be allowed to get the few things that I needed. I was told that they don't get payed extra to stay back and that no retail shop would stay open to allow a customer to buy what they needed. I replied that I actually work in retail, and we always stay open if we can see someone needs more time or has taken effort to get to our store right on close. I also pointed out that although I got stuck in traffic, I arrived to the store right on close time so they must have closed the doors early and cashed up before 6pm. The girl said yes. I walked away in disbelief.

All I can say, is how disappointing that there was no regard for business loosing me as a customer or the impact that the selfishness of these shop keepers might have on another person. Do you think that someone would drive all that way to buy all those supplements if they had the health to do it all again the next day? !?

I have noted the negative reviews re this store and am surprised. I shop here frequently, as well as at the Riversdale Road store, and have always received excellent service. The staff at all the Great Earth stores I have visited have been very helpful and gone out of their way to be off assistance. I would certainly recommend this store.

I do not normally leave reviews either but i am frustrated by this store. I have never had trouble at the city stores but this one has problems keeping stock on the shelves. I want a fairly generic line but i am told 'sorry, we're out of stock'. I even called the manufacturer who assured me the line was available. It may be best to find another supplement store in the area. This one is doing too well to care.
