Great Beginnings Mill Park

I absolutely love this place and the teachers. It has a very homey feeling and The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualised way. The manager Rebecca is so friendly and helpful. The teachers Mrs Cam and Mrs Zahra are very professional and attentive for everything happening with the kids.
I saw a big improvement with my kids.
It was the first time that my kids didn’t cry when I left, instead they turned around and said bye to me. I highly recommend this place.

Just want to express how happy I am since my daughter started great beginnings mill park. Beck and team have been amazing always welcoming with a friendly face makes our daughter feel inviting. The service in the last 2 weeks has excelled dramatically you can feel the positive energy as u enter the service from Beck and the team. Such a beautiful, welcoming centre. My son has loved going here, looks forward to going each week. Staff are very caring, kind and loving towards the children.

Becareful! They have a bad habit of putting you in debt! Me and a few others I've heard from were in debt with the centre and weren't being notified until months later They! They don't keep up with their accounts and blame you for the debt. Where my old childcare would send me an invoice every week by email! But when you owe money to the centre they're quick to jump on it. My kids learning abilities didn't develop much. I found staff would gossip about each then work with each other. Great looking centre and friendly staff, but that's as far as it gets. There's no area manager to speak to or someone higher up when ever you have an issue they just keep sending you around in circles!

My daughter started last year. She is very happy to go there. She is very comfortable with educators. Well managed centre. Centre manager is very good. Educators welcome with happy faces in the morning. Highly recommend this child care

Great Beginning, Mill Park centre is one of the best examples of how a good child care centre turns into bad and then worst.

My kid is going there for the last 2 years but in the last 6 months the child accident issues have gone up like anything. On Thursday the 21st of July, his face was scratched by another kid and the teacher didn't even bother to inform me in the incident report, it was written accident happened with the ball.

I was accepting educators' excuses until now for all the past accidents but this time I am going to escalate this to all authorities.

We love Great Beginnings at Mill Park! My 2 boys look forward to going to daycare and pre-kinder to see their favourite educators each week (which has been an absolute blessing). The variety of activities they keep coming up with is impressive; from baby chicks, to numerous incursions like sports and bug rangers, to arts and crafts and everything in between. There is always a fun dress up or pyjama day to look forward to. The girls are fantastic and the Chef works so hard to make kid friendly food t^ey actually eat! Real community vibe. We love it! I have been sending my oldest son to Great Beginnings Mill Park for about two years now, with my youngest now attending for a few months. Both of my boys have settled in extremely well and have built excellent bonds with all of the amazing educators, teachers, staff and other children. When they're having a rough morning, the educators know exactly how to calm my boys within minutes and then they're off playing and enjoying themselves!

I have been called for every incident and more importantly, for every huge milestone including successfully eating lunch (my oldest is very fussy). I greatly enjoy the daily updates of what they get up to and the updates throughout the day for general well-being needs such as nappy changes, naps, meal times, sunscreen application etc. Absolutely amazing communication!

We will devastated when my oldest finishes the Kinder program and begins primary school next year, however he's excited that he'll still be able to pop in and say hello when dropping off and picking up the little one.

I highly recommend Great Beginnings Mill Park. I toured every centre in the Mill Park area and they were by far the best across the board.

My daughter has attended this centre from when it opened. The staff have done an excellent job in the 3 rooms she has been apart of and she has made great bonds with her educators and centre manager. I love drop off and pick ups, chatting to educators, other parents and the children? I find it a happy environment and could stay all day myself and play

Great beginning is a great child care center, clean, good educators and plenty of learning opportunities.

We started taking our 2 year old at Great Beginnings Mill Park earlier this year, as a first time mum I was so worried getting our son to a daycare and the social skills to get him out there after years of being in and out of lockdown I took my son for his first time and instantly felt relief he loved it and still does, all staff are amazing they pay every bit of attention to all the families there especially the children, I talk very highly of this centre to all my friends and family. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Couldn't recommend a better and well presented Child care/ Kinder, being our 3rd centre over the years, my children are finally happy and no longer cry when i say we are off to childcare.
The educators are awesome love how friendly and happy they are to answer any questions i have,
They have been very accommodating to my amd my childrens needs.

I have 2 children attending Great Beginnings Mill Park. I cannot fault the centre. Communication is great the app is easy to use and view what my children are doing during the day and they come home with stories of activities and things they loved doing throughout the day. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would. Highly recommend.

I have had the best experience with Great Beginnings Mill Park team from the beginning of the pandemic until now. My daughter was barely able to walk when she got into this centre but it has been a rewarding journey with new experiences for her every week. She was initially in the Toddlers room with Educator Cam whom she still mentions fondly even after graduating to the next room Early learners with Educator Pavlina (she is still learning to say her name: P) who is making all efforts to get the kids engaged in weekly events. I was apprehensive about her food choices and the centre has been accomodating of her food restrictions and also serves her delicious treats which is where their previous chef Fiona exceeded expectations at and I can see her successor Chef Will also following her footsteps. It is really good to see how the kids enjoy and participate at various crafts and bring home little treasures which my LO made with her own little hands. Looking forward to the new initiative about Sports which the Early learners have started on Wednesday's and keen to see how her journey continues. Special mention to past and present management staff Tess, Rebecca, Ash and Gabby for helping with my frustration on not getting the app working as I have nagged them enough about not getting photos of my LO's daily moments which they resolved for me! This was our first childcare and we are happy with our choice and would recommend it to anyone who are looking for a well organised centre.

The staff at Great Beginnings Mill Park have been so welcoming to our family. When my son started in the Nursery, the educators were so supportive, nurturing and friendly which helped make his transition into childcare so smooth. My son now loves attending and I feel confident leaving him in the care of his lovely educators:)
