Great Beginnings Epping

Absolutely love this centre for my two girls:) All the staff are so loving and friendly, highly recommend this centre.

I attended walk throughs in almost every child care centre in the Northern suburbs. My 3 year old daughter has additional needs and I wanted to make sure that I found a centre with experienced staff that would be able to cater for her needs. As soon as I walked into great beginnings I knew I had found the perfect match for me, my daughter and our family.
Celia was extremely friendly, welcoming even though I hadn’t called prior to coming into the centre.
She is a plethora of knowledge in every area of the child care and kindergarten sector and I had all
Of my questions and queries answered on the spot.
This was a continuous process even when Celia was absent in the front reception and Emily takes over.
Gabby one of the educators was the first exposure my daughter had to the service along side Betty. I honestly felt like I was leaving my daughter with family as they are more and were more than happy to discuss every concern I had in regards to leaving my child in their care.
Following my daughters first day and the additional
Exposure she has had to to each and every employee in this centre has been a positive experience. There are no words that will suffice the gratefulness and appreciation that I have for the caring and personalised care my daughter receives at this institution.
Great facilities also. Extremely clean all the time and the outdoor area is second to none.
My daughter loves attending great beginnings in Epping and I love taking her there.

Fantastic daycare! The educators were absolutely beautiful with my daughter. Help her settle in and now drop offs are a breeze. My daughter has grown so much with daycare. She took her first steps there. She’s starting to talk so clear now and the daycare has been teaching her colours and numbers it’s been so fantastic. I would highly recommend this daycare for anyone who is looking for their children to go too.

My son has only recently started at great beginnings and so far the experience for both my son and I has been great I was nervous sending him as this was the first time we have been apart from each other and the staff have done everything to make this decision a lot easier for me he is still adjusting but I have notice a big change he is talking more clearly and he has more confidence in doing things it is his second family highly recommend.

The team at great beginnings Epping are amazing. Since my sons first day there, he has felt at home and this place is his family away from family. He has fantastic educators and Georgia creates amazing and nutritious food that I know my son loves and is 100% nourished throughout the day helping his development and growth. Couldn’t rate great beginnings Epping any higher than I do! What an exceptional centre and team.

The tour lady was lovely and made an effort to interact with my child.

When I was there on a tour there was a child that was doing orientation.
Mum was hiding so he can adjust I guess.
The child was ridiculously distressed running from any gate and window he could and was crying mummy. He was crying so hard that he couldn’t breath properly and no one made any effort to comfort him!

This really upset me. I couldn’t pay attention to the tour because he was that distressed running around crying for mum.

His mum didn’t step in straight away probably giving the centre an opportunity to comfort her son and make him feel safe but they didn’t.

I actually said to the tour lady is anyone going to comfort him because if not I’m going to go hug him and try and calm him down.
I even told my daughter to go up to him and try and play with him to make him feel better.

Mum eventually came to the rescue.
Very disappointing on the centre’s end.

It was very hard to see that no one attended to him. I can’t stress how distressed this poor child was: (

The staff are so lovely and caring. They go above and beyond for the children. The food quality is amazing. My son is super fussy but always eats there. Would highly recommend this centre to everyone. It is a hidden gem!

Thank-you Great Beginnings for accepting our family back. It’s been awesome to see those few staff members that have been here since my eldest daughter (now 7) was here. Georgia’s food is exceptional, and you know that your child is eating nutritious food throughout the day while they are in care. My eldest would always go back for seconds and thirds. Great Beginnings is a smaller centre and staff have already made me feel back at home here.

Just can't express my gratitude to the epping facility. Celia and Emily have been great. Never felt more comfortable in leaving my son and my whole world at this center. They are fantastic. Thanks

Great Beginnings Epping has been a wonderful childcare for my two young children. The environment is always clean and they have adapted well to the restrictions and requirements of COVID-19. The staff are very attentive to the children and have excellent communication with myself. They also have a live app with frequent updates on the childrens' progress, photos, meals, toilet training/nappy changes. I cannot recommend this childcare high enough

I have never felt more comfortable to leave my children in the most safest environment. My girls (ages 2&3) have been going to this great centre for around 3 months and the difference in their self confidence, counting, expression and independence is outstanding! The educators are their second family and they treat my girls like they're their own. We love Great Beginnings Epping.

Great Beginnings Epping is a wonderful childcare I could not recommend this centre enough. Even tho my son has struggled with delays in his development they have gone above and beyond to accommodate him and his needs.
The food is amazing and freshly made. This centre works side by side with you to help your children reach their full potential. The staff are friendly and always helpful.

My son started at Great Beginnings Epping about a month ago! Coming from COVID lockdowns where he only spent time with his parents. The team at Great Beginnings could not have been anymore supportive and cooperative with integrating him into this new environment. I can see him starting to familiarise himself with the environment and staff, all i can say is i could not be happier with the centre.

It's very good area and location.very positive and trusting relationship with parents and our children.my kids love the carers and centre and enjoy going.

We have been with this centre for 3 years now, both of my babies love the wonderful cheerful carers and the nutritious delicious meals by Chef Georgia. I will enroll all my future children here because the atmosphere is second to none! It is such a happy place for my babies to learn and the carers are so attentive. The Centre Manager Celia makes communication so effortless. I cannot recommend this centre enough, we are very happy!

Awesome service, highly professional, super duper staff to take care of the most precious gems of our life. Most recommended. As you will always feel that you are with your loved ones even though they are in the child care.

Definitely highly recommend this centre. I have had 2 children attend and both were extremely happy here. The teachers are amazing and genuinely care about all the children often going above and beyond! It has a wonderful family feel to it and is child centred with a play based focus.

Thank you to the beautiful young lady in the kitchen who makes all the healthy meals and to the receptionist with a warm welcoming smiles.
