Arranging to have a damaged stolen car taken to another location. Receptionist very helpful, most arrangements made over a weekend, even though Grealy's were closed. Full marks.

Peter from Grealy was great and really helped us out of a jam. Our transfer case blew up on fire roads outside Yackandandah and we needed a tow back to Wodonga. Not only did he pick us up promptly, he stopped at their shop so that we could add drinking water to our truck because we'd be staying in it for at least several days while it gets repaired. We weigh 6000kgs. In the US we would have been charged 3X what Grealy invoiced. Professional, friendly, and well priced - what more can you ask for?

As a business owner that relies heavily on our work ute we had the need to call Grealys again. Last Saturday our ute broke down while trying to keep on top of our clients needs before Christmas. Once again Grealys came to the rescue and even worked on our ute over the weekend to get it back on the road on Monday.

One of the most horrific experiences I have had in my whole life. An actual disgrace beyond measure. I called RACV after puncturing my tyre while driving on the Hume being 320 km's from home. RACV referred me onto Grealy Motors to organise a tow. I'm speaking to the woman on the phone who is amazing so far. She is nearly finished booking in the tow and her final question to me is "are you double vaxxed? " I say no (only single still). Her immediate response "sorry can't help you! " I burst into tears and and tell her that I'm scared, it's nearly dusk, I don't know what to do and I'm alone. Complete lack of empathy refused to help and told me to call around and “see if someone else can help" then hangs up. Grealy Motors, you claim to have been in business for 40 + years and I can guarantee that your ancestors will be beyond disgusted for the treatment you have shown another human today. Vaccination status doesn't determine the value of human life and no one should ever be refused service in an emergency. You don't call a towing company just for the fun of it. There were many other ways this phone call to you in plea for emergency assistance could have been handled, in line with your company policies. You should be beyond ashamed with the lack of empathy. An absolute disgraceful & disgusting company.

Our baby seat seatbelts jammed and I couldn't take my daughter to get 9.30am appointment so they squeezed me in, fixed the car seat and gave me some great tips on how to prevent it happening again. They were so helpful when I was a bit flustered. Craig was brilliant and I'm so grateful. Thank you!

Josh was very professional in the way he took ownership of my bike when loading, driving and unloading. It was a stressful situation for me to break down in the middle of no-where and he quickly put me at ease. I highly recommend Josh for any towing job. He knows his stuff but doesn't talk much.
