These guys are really professional and were great to deal with. I purchased a reconditioned elliptical cross trainer in the middle of Melbourne lockdown after first viewing the item online. Given I wasn't able to attend the showroom to inspect the machine prior to purchase, (covid restrictions) I was a bit unsure however their service over the phone and the way they answered all my questions made me comfortable to make a purchase. The price was right, they clearly informed me of the lead time to deliver (a timeline they met) and the product was very well reconditioned. It represented a pretty big purchase for me and everyone I spoke to was fantastic to deal with. Thanks!

Grays Fitness was unreal! Spent a long time searching for a wattbike and then came across Grays. Had plenty in stock for an insanely good price. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was super helpful. I have had the opportunity to work with Gray’s on a very complex purchase. I needed to dispose of one treadmill and wanted to upgrade a cross trainer for my partner. Grays Fitness provided excellent sales and service for a Precor elliptical machine. One of the belts snapped after about 15mths of use, and Grays arranged for it to be fixed within 24hrs.

I have now made multiple purchases with Grays Fitness Australia, and I will continue to do so after the what is probably the best customer service I have ever experienced.
Nick is extremely friendly and easy to work with, and he genuinely keeps your best interests in mind when making a sale, from offering alternative products (I bought a refurbished adjustable bench, and he let me know they had brand new units available for roughly the same price), to making sure the machine gets to you in the best condition possible (doing their best to protect weight horns by inverting them if possible to minimise potential damage).

We need more companies like Grays Fitness, and more people like Nick in this world. It's always a pleasure speaking to him.
