Approach GraysOnline with extreme caution; my experience reveals a pattern of intentional concealment of significant faults in both pictures and descriptions.
I'd encountered this issue multiple times, the most recent incident involving a caravan with no mention of damage online. Upon inspection, I discovered (it was not difficult it was marked in big black marker by an insurance assessor) massive holes in the floor, more than big enough to fit a person through. They were completely hidden in the images and omitted from the description. $10,000 to $15,000 worth of repairs would be needed
This deceptive practice seems prevalent, especially for pricier items. It's advisable to scrutinize items in person, given their apparent inclination to obscure defects. But with cars where defects are easier to hide I'm not sure I could recommend you take the chance.
Shame, they weren't this bad just a few years ago. Maybe it's the new owners

Everytime my dad and I visit Grays to inspect a car Tyas is always kind, welcoming, courteous and alway goes above and beyond to help us! She is always super friendly and makes the trip down to Grays worth it:)
I brought car from Grayson line. When I came for collection I realised no service history book but they mentioned service history is yes. Another issue with key is not working. Also collection waiting is more than two hours. I keep on checking with staff but they have no responsibility for hand over the car. Also I brought another car from them. That car engine light is on, but that didn’t mention that on the description. Gray’s online hide lots of information and cheating buyers.
My strong recommendation please avoid this company

Excellent customer service
I have been with Graysonline for many years now and I have come across many faces which were deplorable. Certainly customer service has improved. Graysonline personnel (Tyas) was more approachable and eager to help.
The new waiting/ key collection area is great and inside so no rain but when does it take so long to try and get some keys! Please add more windows for inspections

Would you consider a ticket queuing system for us of us with bad legs so we don’t have to stand in line for an hour?
Scam, didnt mention major defect on car - ended up costing thousands to get it roadworthy. DO NOY BUY from auctions here
Customer service isn't great
Picking up the car after winning it, takes forever. After the paperwork again waiting for the staff to bring the car is another time consuming.
Staff just raoming around in the office and customers waiting in the queue.
They could do better and should do.
Friendly staff. Tyas was very patient as I told her it's my first day and first time in a car auction. She told me where the cars was, do's and don'ts and answered my questions professionally.
Tyas, The lady in the inspection window is an absolute gem! She is always so helpful and kind, and she always treats clients with friendliness and respect. She is also very knowledgeable about the inspection process, and she is always happy to answer any questions that clients may have. I highly recommend her services to anyone who needs to have their vehicle inspected.
Won a car auction and condition was marked as good. When I picked up the car, it was not as described and had bad and incomplete damage repairs. I thought I'd lost all my money. Customer service worked with me and the car got picked up at no cost and I was given a full refund. Very relieved. Please make sure you inspect any car at any auction. Buyer beware.
The inspection person is very friendly and efficient, his name is Tyas, I come several times and she treats him very well.
