Fantastic clinic. Reception staff always friendly and helpful and Dr Rani is very kind, caring and professional. Very happy

Dr Rani is our gp, and she is brilliant, always friendly, listens, highly intelligent, on the ball with diagnosis, doesn't rush you, just a perfect GP for families or just for yourself. The staff are great, very caring, friendly, you can get vaccinated here, their is a treatment room, and a blood collection service is also inside, at certain times listed on the wall. Disabled toilets are available, and parking is a small private park with a disability park. We've been going here for a few years now.

Great doctor but Recipient was very rude and not helpful at all and they don’t known what they are doing they should hired better people or should close the centre most worst experience ever

Dr Prethi Ravi is a great caring doctor, and I would love to have her as my regular gp. However the clinic is horrible, musty and deprived of any professionalism. Sadly I don’t think I will be visiting this clinic anymore and would not recommended for timely appointments or matters.

Couldn’t fault this place, been going since they first opened. Would have been dead years ago if not for the care we receive from these doctors, especially. Dr Bopearachiachi. Yes sometimes you have to wait a while. Interested in you as a person, not a number. Takes time to listen to you, and will explain things to you. Have you tried some of the others and the time you have to wait. Or the public hospital. Not like some of the others, grabbing their prescription pad out after 2 mins.

This clinic has the best Doctor in town. The best advertisement for any business in The Marsh is if they are hard to book the better they are! Been going here since the the day it opened and highly recommend it. Just like mechanics, plumbers and electricians when you find a good one stay loyal to it.

Possibly the worst clinic I've been to. We've had 4 misdiagnosed conditions here, where the doctors just brush it off and tell you to go home. Most recently - took my child to a different doctor for a second opinion the following day, who then rushed to get bloods and x-rays done with urgency. Half the time you have to tell them [again] what prescriptions you need a repeat on - like, "I saw you 2 weeks ago. It's in the file!? - have you bothered to look it? " - makes you wonder where they got their medical degree from. Never going back to this place - ever. If you have a medical condition that needs treatment - seek somewhere else.

Only been to this clinic for available appointments for vaccinations. So inefficient, nobody much waiting to be seen but still sit in the waiting room for extended periods while the staff seem to just chit chat or walk up down the hallways eating. Myclinic in Gell Street is totally the opposite, always full of patients yet always promptly seen to and treated and on the odd occasion they are running late they call you so you don’t waste time sitting in the waiting room unnecessarily. Definitely don’t recommend Grant St Medical.

A 1 hour wait with a poorly child!

Arrived on time for our appointment, only to wait for an hour to be seen. No issue with the medical diagnosis, but not recommended if you need timely attention.

We took the time off work (unpaid) to get to an appointment which was made over 6 weeks earlier only to have to wait at the clinic for over 20 minutes on the day of the appointment before being told that they could not provide us with a vaccination, they had ran out. So disappointing that we were not contacted ahead of time to cancel the appointment. We were then told to try again in a week. Surely they knew the quantities of vaccines they had available verses the appointments they had booked. Extremely disappointing they manage their patients this way

Waited 50 minutes, then left. There was a full room of patients waiting and no doctor to be seen going in or out of any room that whole time. Reception was covering for the doctor no show. Beware, very unprofessional

I just took my teenage daughter for a new prescription. To my understanding this particular prescription requires parent guidance/consent. I was spoken to by Dr Faizal Aliyar rudely & was treated like I was beneath him. He didn't want to hear what I had to say, he said he wanted to hear from the patient, My daughter. He had no idea about the prescription I was requesting which is a commonly used one & which has been around for years. When My teenage daughter had to get Pfizer, she couldn't get it without a parent being there, (same clinic) yet he disregarded Me as a parent today. One of the rudest & most disrespectful Doctors I have ever come across. If I knew where to report him I would!

I'm not sure what has happened to this place but it's gone downhill pretty quickly. I've been coming hear for about 5 years, I'm still happy with the doctors I see however whenever I book an appointment it's at least an hour I'm waiting until I see the doctor. It never used to be like that. I called reception the other day before my app and asked if the doctor was running on time today to which she replied yes. So I waited. 50 minutes after my app I called back wondering what was going on. Receptionist said they had people walk in. I said surely you mean the people booked in after my app? So I should have been first. She had nothing to say. This happens frequently. They also let the phone ring out. Not sure if I want to keep coming here. Hopefully someone sees this that can make some changes. Going by other comments it's a common issue now.

I understand this is a difficult time we all face and I have the up most respect for our Police, Ambo's, & Hospital staff.
However the understanding needs to go both ways and a reception attendant needs to understand we are parents trying to protect our kids while holding down full time work in an unsettled environment. If you work in a public facing role you need to expect to be asked the same question or questions several times a day and more so when your dealing with parents trying to do the right thing and protect their most prized possession.
So to the Reception attendant who not only gave me a hard time but the lady in front of me for asking a simple question you need to take a good hard look at yourself and understand your role. PROVIDE INFORMATION OVER AND OVER AGIAN to someone who has not heard it before even though you have told 100 people! The next person is a new set of ears.

I would advise to stay away from here and the 3 times I have been in over the last 2 years you get nothing but Rolled eyes and bad attitude

A GP's practice is meant to be a comforting place Grant St Medical centre is FAR from that

The doctors here are chronically late. Sometimes the doctors seem unaware the patient is waiting until reception reminds them. Processes need to be reviewed.

Wish you could ZERO stars I have been trying to call for 3 days to cancel appointments no answer at all no matter what time of day I call
This is the most uncaring doctors I have ever had dealings with the receptionist is rude and unhelpful if you do get through the wait time is completely unacceptable over 2hrs the other day and we didn’t even get to have our appointment and we’re not even advised by reception of the delay it was a fellow patient avoid this so called doctors at all costs

When i first started coming to this clinic the service was alot better. When you had an apponintment was always on time. Recently that friendly service and punctuality has gone out the window. On my today's visit was standing on the reception for approx 10 min before the receptionist appeared. Then the Dr was 1 hour late.also I was under the impression that prior to any injection blood pressure etc must be checked, they did every other time I had injections, not this Dr

Absolutely bad. Please dont go here. Only go here if you have around 1 or 2 hours in spare just to wait to see the doctor. Even after booking an appointment you have to wait a minimum of 60 to 90 minutes. Absolutely pathetic. And the reception here is useless. Always double confirm if your appointment has been booked with the reception as they are absolutely useless and rude. Have been seeing the same receptionist for around 3 months and when you complain about something the only response you will get is sorry the staff is new. Wish i could give ratings in minus

On multiple occasions with multiple doctors I have had a negative experience here. They are condescending and cannot wait to rush you out the door. So glad I have found a better GP.
