Had a repair done on my vintage 3 in 1 hifi can't get over how good it now sounds even better than before the repair

Very professional, low priced & good service. Repaired and offered my tv back as soon as they could. The price for the repair was reasonable and cheap comparing to most other places I got quotes earlier.

I run a music shop and I have been using Grant and Pearson Electronics’s to carry out some very difficult repairs on some of our digital pianos and they have repaired every job I have given them. Other people have tried but could not fix all the jobs. I am very impressed had happy we still have these types of technicians who know their stuff. Good on you. I will always support people like this.

Scam artist, quotes for unrequired work, when told too high, drops price and asks how much you want to pay. Stay well away. One star is way tooooo high. NO star.

Paid $50 to assess what was wrong with TV. They rang next day and said repair would be $450 but could not tell me what was wrong (other than it was not the screen).

Absolute ripoff artist AVOID AT ALL COSTS, cracked my screen, refused refund. Disgustingly rude. Charged $340 and returned theTV cracked and picture lined. The wife is really rude and has no idea how to treat customers. Going to report this business to consumer affairs. They should be closed down

I have been coming here for years. Have fixed my TV, sound system and remote control here. I have been very happy with the repairs. Great honest family run business. They are fair in their pricing. Highly recommend them.

Worst customer service. I called them asking whether they can repair the LCD screen or not. The guy with heavy Asian/Chinese accent doesn't seem to be pleasure to answer my call.

Day light robbery takes your deposit which is non refundable and keep your TV for week, takes good parts and return it by blaming on TV that the parts are too hard to find.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Stay away from them and save your money and TV.

The door bell on our Signet video door phone stopped working The unit is not an expensive unit however a section has been cut into the fence post to hold the unit and I was unable to find a replacement unit that fitted. Therefore I took the unit to Frank to see if he could fix it. I was happy to pay the inspection fee because as a accountant in private practice who charges for my time I respect the need for Frank to get a recovery on his time. Frank called to advise a day later he could fix the unit, gave me a quote and I gave him the go ahead to repair the unit. The unit was ready a couple of days after that.
I was delighted when I collected the unit and even more delighted when I reaffixed the unit to the fence and it worked.

This is the second job Frank has done for me. Thank you Frank!

This place charges $35 to identify the fault and then provide a cost to repair. I did not have a good experience with them in fixing my speaker and would not recommend going there if you expect value for money service.

Grant and pearson's services are excellent. They do a very fast and efficient work.their charges are also very low. I will surely go to them if next time i have anything to repair.
