Doctor Dhanu was terrific and explained matters very well.

A shout out to nurse Laura who always does my kids vaccinations. She is so friendly and bubbly and always makes a traumatic experience so much more bearable. She is absolutely fantastic with children! Today my daughter brought in multiple toys to get jabbed too and she happily did this for her with a smile, and even put bandaids on them. She is helpful, informative and always makes us feel welcome.

Absolutely fantastic medical centre, all the receptionists are very pleasant & helpful, the Doctor’s are empathetic, understanding & friendly.
Dr Mc'cormick is my primary care Doctor' & has been for 20 years now, He has always been extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful, caring, humble & very kind. I can honestly say my Doctor has been a blessing for myself' & my whole family. All the staff at Grandview have been so helpful' especially after the birth of my baby, my wound aftercare' & fitting me in when I’ve been very unwell. I cannot thank everyone at Grandview Clinic enough!
& obviously highly recommend this clinic 10/10

Excellent clinic, very professional and patient focused. The practice nurse who administered 2 x vaccines (Zoster & Flu) today was very accomplished and professional along with a lovely 'bedside manner'.

We are new to the island and very happy to have found Grandview surgery. It was highly recommended by friends. Staff very helpful and facilities are impressive.

Have been happy and satisfied with the level of care from my GP and having both my COVID vaccinations here. Reception has always been polite and helpful. My only disappointment is about the CDM plans and that the CDM nurse is only available on a Thursday. I work on a Thursday, but took the afternoon off for this appointment on the 11th November. It was cancelled at 1pm as the CDM Nurse was unwell. I couldn’t re-schedule until the 27th Jan due to my being on leave. I received a call from the clinic again re-scheduling from a later time to 8am for the 27th. I arrived at the clinic early and waited until 7.57 before going to the front door. There were no cars in the car park other than mine, and there were no lights on in the clinic or sign of life. I waited until 8.06am, then left and drove around to the Cowes Medical clinic which was open. I explained to the receptionist regarding my appointment at Grandview, showing her my phone with the reminder. She initially told me that they don’t open until 8.30am until she realised I was seeing the CDM Nurse. She walked through to the back and informed the CDM Nurse who came down 5 minutes later to call me. I am disappointed that there was no explanation or apology for not being there to open up for me at the time of my appointment. If I hadn’t been aware of the other clinic, I would have left and gone home (35 mins drive). I will think twice before having my CDM plan done here again; it shouldn’t be this hard.

It has been 6 weeks since Dr Ali attended to my injury from a fall at Wilson’s Prom where I fractured my right wrist.
Dr Ali was most kind, skillful and professional in doing whatever it takes to put my wrist in a plaster cast at half the price of what I would have to pay at the emergency room of the hospital. I had just consulted my orthopedic doc to follow up on the injury before the removal of my cast. My orthopedic doc was very pleased by how my wrist bone (which had broken in 3 pieces) was aligned together and healed very well. He commended that GP Dr Ali did a great job in treating me.
I’m so thankful for Dr Ali Haidar’s professional care and skillful services given to me.
Definitely recommend him if you need to see a doctor while in Philip Island. -

I went to get the covid vaccination and was seen exactly at my appointment time. The nurse was so lovely and funny and made me feel right at ease and it was all over in a second!

Hi I’ve just had my COVID injection at Grandview medical centre my proseiger was prompt and treatment nurse was very professional treatment room very clean as well

I had my AstraZeeneca vaccination today
I eas very imptessed with the management of eaiting times
The usual GP clinics were running and staff were very vigilant with social distancing
My appointment was at 11.15
I was in at 11.15 with one other
I was out by 11.35
Including the 15 minute post vaccination time
The nurse was very efficient and friendly
Wish I got her name!
I encourage everyone to get vaccinated
It's 6.30pm and no side effects

I attended Grandview Family Clinic for an appointment for a INR test and the service was prompt on time with the young nurse doing all the necessaries immediately and soon after the Dr came in and read me the results and what appropriate doses to have.
Couldn't be more happier with that!

I've been attending this clinc for 20 years. It has a multi cultural medical staff, most of whom I've seen at one time or another. All have been incredibly patient, kind and 100% efficient and helpful, as are the service staff. I won't ever change clinics.

Staff were very helpful and treated me with respect and were always polite even when they were extremely busy.

Seen at the booked time, completely professional, Covid safe distancing while waiting, side effects explained. No problems with the injection.
