Grand Prix Circuit Visitor Centre reviews
30Great staff. Impressed with everything, including the coffee and the girl who served it. All the staff were courteous and friendly and couldn't have done any more to make our visit memorable.
A must visit place to have to have a closer look at the racing bikes in this visitor center. And also we can have a peek at the grand prox circuit.
Great experience! First time on the Go Karts here and I can't wait to come back again
Amazing track one of the best, and the view is just spot on. Great place to bring the kids too. Plenty of room.
Worth looking around on the way to the Nobbies or Penguin Parade. You can get a good view of the circuit and there are a few mementoes and car exhibits to see. The main museum has entry fee but I did not go in.
Interesting, Exciting and lots of Fun, Staff really helpful and welcoming love to visit again soon.
I have been watching the MotoGP over the last couple of years and it was really nice to o to one of the tracks and would recommend this to anyone who likes motorsport. I just didn't realise how much the track rises and falls throughout the circuit. Makes me appreciate what other circuits must be like in around the world and also helps me understand why riders/racing drivers like circuits over street tracks.
Great to see cafe reopened after being closed over covid etc.
Coffee and service was great.you need advertising flag at gate 1 entrance letting everyone know you are back!
Locals need the benefit of work.
I am giving 1 star especially for the cafe. The staff was extremely rude and the food was even worst. Food was uncooked and drinks were not cold at all. Unfortunately we had no other choice then the cafe there, so we had manage what we got. I would recommend to eat before coming here as you will be very disappointed.
Unfortunately most things were closed on the day but the museum was still an internet walk through and read
While holidaying in Phillip Island I decided to try this location and booked a slot. We did a tandem kart on the track for about 10 minutes. My son and I loved it but unfortunately my 2nd booking got cancelled as it was not scheduled (Team did apologise for the miss) but apart from that loved the whole visit. I'm told that this circuit is replica of the actual international circuit.
Staff are amazing and welcoming. We even tried the simulators which was fun and bought some souvenirs from the shop. Will surely visit again if and when I get to visit Phillip Island.
Great to be back and the staff were awesome in setting us up and getting on the track with the new conditions due to covid. Well done. Will be back asap.
Had a great afternoon, the staff very friendly, professional and helpful, would definitely visit again
We went in Sunday 2nd May, as its on the way to the Nobbies/Penguin Parade, not much to see unless you pay. They did have motorcycles running the track, i'm guessing a few bikies blowing of the cobwebs, which was great to watch. You can do the Go Carts, Slot Cars or race machine things. Plus Museum. Wouldn't make a special trip to go there if no races just to look at track, you have to make do from the road.
I lunch at The Champions Cafe which wasnt too badly priced, $13.90 fritatta n salad, very nice, Staff lovely, friendly and helpful.
(do look at height chart for go carts.)
A lot of fun and all 15 of us got to be on the track together. Even catering with side carts for parents and little ones.
Very cool place to visit for bike racing lovers. Ensure you have plenty of time and visit on the race day.
Absolutely amazing experience. Neat, tidy, fabulous viewing platform overlooking the ocean. Nice cafe, souvenier shop. Something for everyone. Its not just for the drivers. Theres thought put in place for the spectator too.
We have been here so many times now and loved it every single time. It's fun for adults and kids alike. Better prebook though to be on the safer side and avoid disappointment
By far best go kart track ever. Does not disappoint. Even better they don't charge extra for tandem karts.
The booking system of the go karts is just terrible. Took ages to get everything sorted, had to provide information multiple times even though it was given through the registration process, the mobile registration didn't work on all devices. The kartings and crew really good!
