Just recently called up and wanted to tint my rear and headlights. Was greeted very politely and the process was easy. I dropped my car off and picked it up very shortly after.

The job was magnificent and did not disappoint at all. Bring your car here and 110 percent won’t regret, professionalism and expertise only. Hoping to do more business in the near future.

4 weeks later I decided to bring in my AUDI A5 for the same job, like always everything went smoothly. The team at Grafico did an excellent job and delivered the car finished in perfect condition on the same day. Adele, Damian were exceptional as well as the whole team at Grafico. Can’t wait to do another job with them in the future. They do everything to the highest standard, with the situation going on in the world, they took safety precautions with the plastic wrap on the seats and steering wheel which is very good to see.

I was referred to Grafico by a good friend. I remember asking the sales coordinator why should I come here. He said because if I went to cheaper companies, I'd be back to Grafico to get it fixed properly.
The preproduction phase was flawless.
The graphic designer presented me with 2 options based on my illustration.
My car was wrapped, blacked out and my business decals were applied. The car looked incredible.
After a few weeks I noticed the grey was actually green, a letter was coming off and the roof rail wrap was bubbling.
I visited Grafico and I was told that no matter how many times this was printed, that it was not going to be grey.
After much discussion and escalating emails to the owner, the green section was replaced with grey.
At no point during this stage was any responsibility taken or an apology offered.
Immediately after the reapplying of the grey section it was noticed that the decal was not centered as per the logo (a circle pithing a circle) by 55mm.
It was explained to me that this is how it was first applied.
Only at this stage was I informed about the processes of the application and colour issues that can be present. Still no apology or taking responsibility.

I am now in the process of engaging another service to rectify the issue.
