This is such an inviting and caring aged care facility. My father was there for many years and he fondly said it's not like a five star hotel, but it's more like a six star hotel! Owner Helen and her team are such caring people and treat all their residents like family!

Having a homely atmosphere with a caring and friendly staff, this aged care facility is a great home for the elderly.

An absolute godsend.

I've never actually done a review before. Mostly because i just never felt like there was a lot i wanted to share.

I was helping my Aunt Bella to look for an Aged Care Facility as she had a bad fall at home and wasn't able to return. The whole process of going through so many sterile Facilities with Bella was an emotional roller coaster that finally ended at Graceland's.

As soon as we walked in we could tell it just felt like home. We heard staff laughing as they went around doing whatever they were doing and the other people living there seemed so relaxed and at home in their space.

After sitting down and speaking to Management with Bell the whole process of getting in was easier than i could have hoped. No extra thousands of bits of paper work and red tape. It was suggested by Helen, the manager there, to get financial advise from an advisory service so that we knew Bell's best interests were looked at and that she understood as clearly as possible how her finances would be impacted by moving into a Facility.

It felt great to see that people at Graceland's actually cared about what they were doing.

This is a great aged Care facility. Absolutely love the environment here. Staff is very friendly. Residents are cared very well. Very homely and professional. Perfect workplace.

My Uncle has thrived and his partner has been treated very well on his frequent visits. Everyone has been helpful and there is genuine pleasure when they describe my uncle's progress.

A nice aged care facility with great staff and residents. A rare gem, not many facilities exist anymore with such a homely and inviting atmosphere.

Very satisfied with my Mother's care at Graceland. The Management and Staff are caring, professional and always try to do their best. Being a smaller facility the care is very personal. More importantly my Mother is happy here.

Negative comments from Tony Walker are malicious and untrue. Graceland manor is a successfully accredited facility that under no circumstances over medicates residents, which is against the law to do. We do not chemically or physical restrain residents. Graceland Manor conducts regular professional medication reviews for all residents. Tony Walker's Comments are shocking and without any foundation of truth. It could be considered defamation of character, which is also against the law. It would be kindly appreciated If Tony could refrain from publishing false information. If he continues to do so we will have to take further action.

Under no circumstances consider this place for your folks. Food is rubbish staff ill equipped and the people there are drugged to minimise complaints. One star is is one too many for this vile establishment. I used to work there unfortunately and it still rankles me.

Good working atmosphere, good families and residents are not only lovely but they are respectful as well.

This is a fantastic home, run by a caring family who love what they do.
The staff here are amazing, supportive attentative, great people.
They looked after my grandmother till she passed, the care for my grandmother for myself and my family will never be forgotten.
