From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, I knew I was in good hands. I was greeted with a welcoming smile and friendly advice. Followed up by the pharmacist who provided the upmost knowledge and information for my situation. Pharmacist provided detailed knowledge on products I required, how to use them, how else to rectify my issues and ensured I was confident with my understanding before leaving.

I am not a local to the area, but I will continue to use Grace Pharmacy when/where possible as I visit regularly.

Ramses is the best Pharmacist I've ever met. He greets all his regular customers by name and is always dressed in a suit or similar. Grace pharmacy provides excellent service for my mother who needs help with her medication. Grace pharmacy pack the tablets into trays every 4 weeks and deliver this to her home. We really appreciate this quality customer care and highly recommend this pharmacy.

Dr. Grace was incredibly helpful when I asked for assistance with international travel Covid testing. He went above and beyond to understand the requirements and make sure I had the documentation I needed to get on my flight. When I asked other pharmacies about it, they said they didn’t know anything about it and weren’t willing to help.
He is the long-time pharmacist of my parents, who have always been very happy with him. I felt as though he really cared about my plight, even before I told him my parents were his patients.

I went to certify a numerous amount of documents and Mr. Ramses was incredibly helpful to me. This is always a tedious task but he was friendly and offered to help in the kindest way. The best service in the area! Completely recommended!

Disappointed and upset with the service and had the audacity to charge me more than the service given to me in the name of donation. Let me make this clear. I mentioned the service. You did not even ask me what I want, directly told me that cannot do all.justcan do did three certified documents. And did only 2 certified and yes.you did not ask me.directly told me the amount with donation. Next time pls ask the unknown stranger what they actually want they want who comes twice to your pharmacy with hope to have work done. And I did not see you ask other ask about donation.

My family has being using this Pharmacy for over 17 years now. My children have grown up incredibly heealthy and fit thanks to the care taken by the Services offered at this Pharmacy. Every time we go overseas, we have brought our children here to get the appropriate injections, since they were babies. Our children have never had any illnesses, (besides common colds/flu) thanks to this pharmacy, which is outstanding because we took them overseas nearly every year since they were babies to Thailand and Cambodia.

Ramses Grace pharmacy is OUTSTANDING. Best customer service and an incredibly talented pharmacist, I have never come across a pharmacist who is so knowledgable!
You can't pay enough for this level of medical care.
My anti-depressants (are a rare medication) went off the market without notice. I phoned seven pharmacies before trying Grace pharmacy, and not only did Ramses already know exactly why I phoned (so many pharmacists didn't even know the drug & had to ask me to spell it so they could look it up!), he knew the drug, it's unavailability, the danger of me missing too many doses etc
He was able to compound it for me so fast (usually takes 7 days), and had it delivered to my local work so I missed as few doses as possible. My medication usually costs $170 for 30 days, and even though he had to specially make them, it only cost $200! Talk about bargain! I personally know the cost differences and margins between mass produced and compounded meds and honestly expected them to be so much more expensive than that.
Ramses knew my job is super super super busy so he kindly thought to deliver it. It took me 4 days to have the time to phone and thank him for this incredible customer service, and he asked if I was having any side effects, and we talked about tapering my dose back up.

For all the advice, he stuffs Ramses stuffs around, makes people wait, doesnt queue properly and is the most expensive pharmacy in Heidelberg - despite what he says.
