I have really good experience with grace beauty and brows. Yesterday i went for eyebrows threading and the lady did really amazing job. I’ll definitely visit again even I’ll recommend my friends as well for this amazing place.

Have been using this business for over 4 years. The service has slowly deteriorated with the constant changing staff. I have always been charged the standard rate which was $10, then $15. Today, another new female staff member was just plain rude. When I went to pay she charges me $20. When I asked why she simply said “because you man”. Lost customer.

I had a great experience here. After wandering too many shops, I found a good one where staff make eyebrows in perfect shape every time.

I forgot how much this place doesn't want business. Went in recently and the girl couldn't be bothered looking up from her phone. She told me she was too busy today to fit me in. Everytime i walked past she was sitting there on her phone at the front. I tried to book an appointment and she said they were too full

My treatment was very rushed, and felt the browist couldn't be bothered
. And I was the only client at the time.
I had to fix my brows when I got home.
I will definitely not return.

Disappointed! The lady didn’t show any patience or care to customer. She just rushed to get $15 within 2-5 minutes.

Love getting my makeup’s done by Graces beauty & Brows. Did my makeup last weekend for my cousin’s wedding, it was amazing, just love it. Rimpy is so nice and super friendly and she is just amazing! I get my eyebrows done here in every 3 weeks as well. They are just amazing. Highly recommended!

Employees aren't wearing masks or enforcing any customers to wear masks. 3 people in a small space without a mask in a pandemic is a bit absurd. Especially when you're threading and so close to other people's faces. It was on Thursday the 11th around 1: 15 pm.

Can’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows but these ladies! Highly recommend. Excellent services and friendly staff. Thank you.

SO OVERPRICED for the work that's done. Walked out like my eyebrows were the same - basic clean up work she then asked If I used tweezers when I havent done so in over 10 years! No lady my normal threader gets the job done and for way less than you charge. I'd avoid this place I only went in because I needed my brows down asap it was nearly 5pm and it was the closest one. $8 for upper lip threading? $15 eyebrow threading for a less than average job. Super annoyed I spent money here

Lady was nice - but she absolutely ruined my eyebrows. Went in for a wax and a tint. Didn’t even get close to the stray eyebrow hairs, I’ve had to go in a pluck them out myself. The wax was way to hot, I had to cover my Lashes so the wax wouldn’t drip onto them. Have now had people tell me a day later that I have all these red marks around my forehead - now realised that my skin is burnt. Also horribly trimmed, one brow is cut jagged and the other isn’t. My brows no longer match & I am very upset.

Rimpy s the absolute best. Have been going to her for almost 2 years and my brows have never looked better.

Was in today, lady was nice answer all my questions really friendly however I didn't notice until I left there was a patch taken out of my eyebrow.

On another note I do find it weird that the pricing on the pamphlet doesn't say prices are diffrent for weekends.
I understand that it's on the signs at store but how are customers suppose to know this if we are going of the pamphlet?

Althou I am annoyed at the patch couldn't say too much about the lady she was nice and very professional.
I feel you should change pamphlet so your staff don't get the blunt end of it.

Such beautiful work! Service is so friendly and personal, beautiful salon, quick, she knows her craft. Absolutely recommend to anyone needing to up their brow-game.
