60I don’t know how this place is still open, the workers are rude and the food isn’t that good.someone needs to check on this, there are workers giving the store five stars knowing that their job is at risk.if you guys don’t treat customers with respect then of course you’re gonna lose your job.i remember asking for help but this one female worker was really rude about it.
Half of the order missing after waiting for an hour. Happened 3 times in a row something missing and the lady always blames on Doordash drivers.
Very shady as they go by Noodle Hut on Delivery apps but are named Gourmet No1 Chinese restaurant.

If you think to waste your money go for it, waiting period is toooooo long some time resuturent is close when you order through online uber or menulong etc,
Loved it, recommend to people who love chinese food.staff is also very friendly and service is great
This place is the WORST! Advertised on Ubereats and menu log as KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN restaurant and have absolutely no idea how to make it. Was expecting korean fried chicken and got served battered chicken breast pieces. Asked for a garlic sauce and was given a thick garlic broth soup. This place is the lowest and be careful ordering on Uber eats this place advertises as 7 different places on Uber eats. DO NOT ORDSR FROM HERE!

The restaurant was empty. It was early. We “were” regular customers. The young girl who was working there asked in a condescending manner if “I needed help”. I politely replied that we would like a table for 4. She asked if I had a booking and replied no.
She then proceeded to say we are not taking table service because they were short staffed.
I questioned as to why then would she need to ask if I had a booking? It made no sense.
And there were no signs saying no table service.
Oh well… $120 plus investment will go to another business. If she can’t serve tables and run the counter, she should reconsider her job.
Nothing number 1 about number 1.
I hope they can find good staff.
Always say no. Not sure why they are open. Please close your restaurant if you are not willing to welcome customers
Barely edible food takeaway order.honey chicken sauce was cold obviously from refrigeration, special fried rice nothing special at all, dim sims were like eating plastic.would not order from here ever again
Now I've become a semi regular customer - Came here to grab some Dumplings for my kid's and myself, Awesome absolutely delicious, will definitely be coming back soon.
Worst food ever ordered 3 different meals all looked and tasted exactly the same. Never again. Would give no stars but can’t warn the general public without a rating stay clear
We just moved to the area and really wanted dumplings so we thought we would give this place a go. We were not disappointed. We ordered for collection. Everything was so fresh and hot. We will definitely order from here again. It took slightly longer than the 15 minute eta to be ready but was well worth the wait. Pork buns were yummy too.
Absolutely awful. Food was terrible and tasted like it had been reheated in the microwave. Dumplings definitely didn’t taste like chicken and were very chewy.

Looking at other reviews I'd say stay away from uber eats as they are the issue for many restaurants, fresh food is never as good when uber has left it sitting there
Fantastic service from Wilson! And the food is delicious. He is always making sure we are happy with our meals. 10/10 for food and service. Great work Wilson!
The worst Chinese food I've ever tasted. My dogs didn't even want to eat it. And the service was rubbish they should not be in business especially when other restaurants take pride in what they cook and they have gone under. Disgusting!
The most disappointing Chinese I've ever had.
Got combination Crispy noodles and 3x pork buns.
Only got 2 pork buns with our order, and the combination noodles were pre packed crispy flat noodles and looked nothing like the photos on Uber eats.
I ate it and felt like the colour Grey.
There a few chinese restaurants to choose from in Pakenham.
This is most definitely not one to consider, to be avoided at all costs.
Costs being the underling factor in this review.
Dank dark and overpriced to dine in and staff with an attitude not with the customer in mind who pays thier wage.
If you have an issue as a sit down paying customer or God forbid a take out customer, let Hell rain on you.
Any mistakes made by the wait staff or kitchen in your order are taken as an insult and you will be punished for raising it to their attention.
You are now a pariah, and fair game for your meal or takeaway to be adjusted to suit your complaint.
Read between the lines.
If you're up for a mediocre feed, sit down or even takeaway and love to be dismissed as another mug to be ripped off, short changed, and treated as such.this is definately, hands down the best chinese restaurant in Australia.
In the words of Molly " Do yourself a favour" avoid at all costs.

Have waited 2 hours for our food and it's still nowhere to be seen. I've called multiple times and apparently they are still preparing it. We have 4 kids who are waiting for their dinner. Extremely poor service
