Goulburn Valley Pork

We got some sausages and bacon at a market this weekend, and the sausages were yum. This morning we got the bacon out (which was promised to be the best bacon we'll ever try!) and it was ok.very very salty. Then I noticed it contained flavour enhancer 621 aka MSG. If your produce was so good, why would you need to add in MSG? Really put us off, and now I'm wondering what was in the sausages.

Great produce spent a couple of hours there, got shown around saw day old piglets and some more that were a few weeks older, all very cute.
Excellent food and tastes great, the bacon is to die for, not pumped full of water.
Fantastic all round service.

Omg just picked up my Christmas ham at the Eltham market. Best ham I have ever tasted, just hope I can stop eating it as I won't have any left for Christmas day day

Oh my - delish is all I can say. We have had a roast, pork belly, bacon and ham and it has all been amazing. Can't recommend the GV Pork products highly enough. Use fennel salt on your crackle and slow cook your pork belly for the most delicious meal!
