Early impressions: Great, Consultants ‘E’ and ‘L’ easy to talk to, deal with, get follow through in a way that I felt like I was ‘being looked after’ - hence the stars

(E moved on to other endeavours, L took on another role within.)
As such I started dealing with ‘A. P. ’ who was helpful, showed initiative. I was linked to a role and client that were a little different, not an obvious ‘fit’ yet I was as ever, open to seeing & finding out more.
I was told certain things that ‘brought me around’ to the role.
The role…’fit’ with client didn’t ‘take, ’ those ‘certain things’ didn’t pan out - thus I felt I had taken some learnings and reflection that would prove useful as always growing, while remembering that in an industry where trust is key, I need to ‘protect myself. ’
Touching base with A. P.again started well, seeing initiative as before yet this time around falling away - even as I checked in with a senior member/ manager ‘M’ who assured me that we were ‘on track’ etc…still lacking follow through and voice messages left with A. P.not returned. ‘Take the hint! ’
I & my growth / learning was on my own, now not able to ask for/ expect support and understanding. Surprising - I am always ‘seeking trust both ways, ’ be professional, growing.

Celine Abi-Haila is very friendly, proactive and communicative. She didn’t end up placing me in a role because I found employment elsewhere, but she is clearly very passionate about her role, and I would highly recommend her for both clients and candidates alike.

Very professional agent and I would like to give a 6 star review to Nikita if I can. Well connected as well, she organised the first and second round interview in 2 days with the right role. The conversation with her is always clear and coming with certainty. The pro-interview advice and post feedback from Niki are quite accurate and helpful. The professionalism was horrendous to say the least. I was given 4 different recruiters in the space of 3 months. The director called me twice then stopped answering my call. They gave me a candidate that was hopeless, probably the worst employee in 13 years of being in business. Her references on her CV were her friends and wasn't verified. I sent several emails regarding her replacement, however they stopped responding to my emails. Talking about daylight robbery, they charged me just under $10,000 and I don't have that position filled. Please do me a favour and do not use GOUGH.
