I was a big fan of their teas until recently when I ordered my usual milk tea with pearls and they gave me black sugar milk tea. When I noticed I got wrong order and told them, they said it is your responsibility to check your order. We might have messed up but we can't do anything about it. It was so shocking and heartbreaking that they could not even replace the drink for their regular customer. I said I didn't want a refund but please replace my drinks as it was too sweet for me. But they refused. That is the worst customer service. Sorry but you lost a loyal customer.

I am sorry that I expected a more genuine and decent reply. I understand that you cannot remember everyone's order but you did remember mine. You stated that and in that case you could have double checked. I know you repeat our order but the mistake was done by your staff member and it is your duty to make up for that. Even now a simple apology would have been appreciated but you chose tp argue and belittle your precious customer. This is not how hospitality works.

I went at 7 45 pm today and ordered the Jasmine milk tea with no ice. I also specifically mentioned that please make it cold even though it is without ice. When i got my order the drink was room temp and I politely requested that usually no ice is still cold and to please make it cold. He wen’t and made it cold. When I tried the drink, It was the worst Jasmine milk tea I have ever had in my life. It literally tastes like water! I have been to several Gotcha locations and I have never had such watery flavourless Jasmine milk tea before. I took a sip and threw the drink in the bin, it was that bad. I request the management to please do some quality control as this is not acceptable. I wasted my $7.40 on a drink that tasted like a watery protein shake

I've never been a fan of bobo but after trying their stuff I was amazed at how nice their drinks are. 10/10 would buy again!

We bought a total of 6 drinks. Friendly staff who make great drinks. Asked to have mini pearls instead of big pearls and they gladly did it for us. YUM! Ask for a kitty paper bag and she gave to me. Thank you for your great service and yummy drinks!

I’m not sure why that I’ve never tried this but when I did the first time let me say it went way past my expectations, I got the black sugar chocolate milk tea with pearls and I am not joking Is the best bubble tea I’ve ever had, I’m definitely going back

I ordered a Lychee Green Tea and I rate it better than Gong Cha. There were heaps of pearls and the flavour was perfect. Especially the cup design with the reusable lid was so good. Highly recommend!

I always get 2 serves of the Taro fresh milk. The best and very tasty. Staff is excellent. They work very hard to get the order ready asap. I urge everyone to do try this store. I pretty much order everyday and they do remember me as well. Thanks guys:)

I ordered purple rice yogurt. It was not yogurt I think a staff accidentally put cheese foam.: (So taste was really cheesy…I didn’t have time to go back the shop and no phone number. So I just put in the bin.

This is the best bubble cup in my view. Pretty much in par with “Top Tea”. Other brand like Gongcha, used to be very good but now taste is horrible. Never again go there. Two other bubble cup’ shops in Werribee are pretty good esp the one in front of Snitz. But compared to this Gotcha, they still need to catch up.

For those who complained about this Gotcha 2-3 months ago, I understand why. Because in that time, they were promo buy one get one for weeks. People lined up look like roller coaster. So for those reviewers who saying this place is not good enough, I reckon because they came at the wrong time.

The service there has been good to me. Meeting the lady manager today and she is friendly as ussual. Well when the boss around, any service at any premises would be good, wouldnt be:)

The verdict is if you buy stuff because you follow other people’ review, you might miss the great opportunity. Having said that, if you believe to what I have said, then prove it to yourself!

My review is for the purple rice yogurt drink. I went here to try the rice yogurt but it wasn't as good as other stores. I like the rice yogurt drinks for the chewy rice but the rice in the drink I ordered wasn't chewy. I thought the drink packaging was nice though as it allows you to close the cap if you don't finish it in one go.

Unfriendly customer services, bad attitude. No hot tea provided.
Am I in afirca where too hot to have something warm?

Failed business. How could they serve fruit tea with a hair line in my tea? I did complaint however they blame on their customer's mistake without apologies. Crafty shop owner with almost 5 stars ratings from their family members. Easily realized them by poor English and grammar mistakes.

Worst bubble tea I ever had (in the world) Asked for no sugar yet was given 75% sugar. Went back and she said that's how they all are & didn't care or offer another! I just gave it back. Feel sick from a few sips. Goodluck to this already failed business, I will help spread the word too.

Quality customer services and they have good view to see what the staff and everyone inside doing. I have order a Signature Fruit Tea and the queue up was so long but they make it fast and on time for everyone. Good food handling and hygiene. Everyone was so nice to me and always recommend to everyone

First price is not worth the taste, secondly it took them 40+ mins to make me drink which was black tea easy and simple you know, and the employees are nice but they do a bit of a problem, other than that if you have some time to kill go ahead.

Great customer service and drink was awesome.was order a Mango Jasmine Green Tea and the lady was too nice and explain everything to me. Would recommend!
