Gopi Ka Chatka Hawthon reviews
49Highly recommend this place if you’re craving for the Indian street food and want that same exact taste like our home country excellent customer service
Visited this place few days back, food is okay. Giving one star only because of bad service. Owner/Manager in black specs seems to not know how to talk to his customers. Needs to learn basic manegerial skills of communication. If a customer visits your place, instead of showing attitude, please be humble to them. Because of the service received, i would not recommend this place to anyone. Also, mantain good hygeine with your food and tables.
Wonderful place for having perfect Indian street food! Best customer service! Must recommend place.
It's an alright place, but I've seen pets allowed in enclosed areas, even though illegal in Victoria.all good n fine for pet lovers, but I'm not one.
I will question the hygiene of this place. Not for me.
Best Gujrati and Indian street food ever had, dine-in experience was excellent, specially staff lady name Kamal was very nice and professional, and owner is very friendly and nice person too. Good customer service,
Highly recommend this place for Indian street food lovers.
We tried Gol Gappe and the potato filling inside the pani puris was so bad. It literally did not taste fresh. I went with so high hopes but was so disappointed. The pani was just colored water without any flavour.: (
Great place to dine in, it gives you vibes of India. Must try their Vadapav and Dry Manchurian. A warm and cozy place to hangout with friends. Staff are friendly and welcoming.
Loved the Amdavadi taste there, good sitting arrangement, outdoor sitting area and friendly staff.
Tried this place on the last weekend. Authentic Indian taste. Good place and friendly staff. Loved Vadapav and Pavbhaji:)
If you want to eat any chaat (Dhai puri sev puri samosa chaat) ask for KUSHAL “ The Chaat Master”
Over all superb place to eat pure Indian taste street food in Whole Melbourne - STAFF super friendly.
Quick service. Yummy food. Served hot and fresh. Everything was great. Only thing I would personally prefer is using metal utensils instead of disposables. Otherwise everything we ate (Dabeli, Vadapav, Kulfi, Maggie manchurian, Dahi poori) was really good.
If you are a masala chai person. This is the place for it.
Staff is great, very respectful and friendly.
Food wise, I don't feel they are there yet to remain on top of alley and can improve in lot of areas.
Likes: Sev Puri, Vadapav
Dislikes: Pav Bhaji, Noodles, Dabeli
I had high expectation on this especially after seeing good reviews. Took takeaway
Staff - Excellent service, both staff were well behaved, smiling. There was an item which I ordered and the staff member mentioned they didn't cook it too early as it would turn a bit soggy, this waited for me to come. I give 5 stars for service.
I ordered Dahi Puri and it was wonderful. I loved it, loved, loved.exactly as per the description. Would highly recommend it.
I ordered pav bhaji the GKC version. Disappointing it was, there was no nuts in it, and taste wasn't the best. Maybe my expectation was a bit too high and the outcome was not there. This is something that should have turned good.
Finally I got the Vadapav, it was ok. But really dear $7 for one.
I would definitely go here next time, but would not do takeaway as I can pass my feedback straight away.
The worst food I’ve tasted. The owner was as rude as he could be when we called to complain. Really very disappointed.
Good food and a few new types of dishes for me which I thought was fun. Only negative is that all the plates are disposable non biodegradable polystyrene, so it felt like we produced a lot of waste.
I have been to this shop for the very first time as one of my friend referred me. I have ordered my favourite food Gravy Manchurian and that was the worse Manchurian i have ever had in my life. Manchurian was not cooked properly and the gravy was even burned and Totally Tasteless. I called the shop owner to make a complaint regarding the food and he wasn’t even listening and started shouting me itself. Discusting Customer Service.
Suggestion for the owner-If you don’t know how to cook food properly Atleast get some manners to your staff. They don’t even know how to talk to customer. Worst service ever from a Indian street food shop. Will never go their again in my life.
Great food and variety on the menu!
The place looks really cozy and service was very good.
It is the place to go when you are craving for some authentic Indian food. Will definitely be back!
Ordered two frankies. Didn’t expect it to be this bad. The cabbage in the frankie was raw and the chunks of it were huge. It gave such a bitter taste to the frankie. Waited 30 min for a frankie! This branch is nowhere near the Clayton branch.
What more can you ask for!
Amazing taste.
The ambiance is very good.
Till now all the dishes I have had has been fantastic.
We had so many food all food was amazing. But the star dish of the day is coriander pav. That was first time i had but very tasty. Must try. Very delicious street food.
