Gopi Ka Chatka Clayton reviews
56 Overrated. Worst chaat. Few pieces of papar with limited sauce. Very less portion size. Feel like eating nimko with spoon. No taste.
Not recommended.
We visited this place after a year.prices increased (I totally understand) but the portions are very less.rabri falooda was excellent but rose falooda wasn't good at all.make sure you park outside somewhere.
Love the taste! Dahi puri is a must try. Dabeli and Vadapav used to be good as well but not anymore.
Gopi Ka chatka is a delightful blend of flavors and spices. From Dabeli to tangy Pani Puri, it's a must-try cuisine with rich culinary diversity. Must try Gopi is chatka for a flavorful journey!
I ordered takeaway for Dabeli from gopi ka Chtka.when i opened the box i was thrilled to sea half Dabeli.at least give a full pav or what is displayed.please look into this and provide what you display on your manu. I am super furious on this. Not recommending this place at all if this continue.
If I’m being honest, this place is overrated. The food was quite, let’s say, TERRIBLE. I really couldn’t think of anything good about the place. First of all, the dine in was horrible. About 2 collapsible chairs outside with a filthy table that has probably been cleaned…never. Giant spills of pani from pani puris on the table and the staff does nothing about it. It is either eat in your car, or eat in an awfully small parking lot in the cold. Secondly, the service was really bad. Food took so long to come, and the staff were rude and not interested in the business. Lastly, and most importantly, the food was disgusting. Literally disgusting. The smell was so artificial, and the chow mein noodles tasted like a few old veggies thrown together hap-hazardously with wiry noodles and some weird chemical aftertaste. Not to metion super overpriced. Pani puris were super spicy, even if you asked for sweet, and the pani was very stale and not at all fresh. Dahi puri was about the only nice thing there. Honestly, Gopi Ka Chatka, I have tasted better and I will not be returning anytime soon.
My first time trying out some Indian food and it was delicious! Highly recommend Aloo Tikki Chaat from Eva's Food and Cafe truck (not pictured) but so delicious. We also had some chai tea that really warmed us up on a cold Melbourne night
In the puri there is nothing and I went there last time with my friend. The owner was really good but it needs to be improved asap.
I ordered chowmein, pani puri and manchurian. The quality and quantity in no way justified the price. Worthless and overpriced.
Extremely tasty and authentic Indian street food as though you are there. We had gol gappe, paneer Frankie and the pav bhaji. Was all very authentic and yummy
I literally found a little feather in pav bhaji I am pure vegetarian I feel disappointed.and sad. Please guys be careful
It was very worst experince on there, we went there hoping for street food experince the food was not that good moreover the service was very bad.all the team members had very unwelcoming attitide and found racist.
Donot go there if you are from asian like me as they treat very badly.
Never going to be back there again.
OMG!
Their sev puri! It’s just amazing.
It’s a must try for who hasn’t tried it but for me it’s a must buy on every visit.
This place was being suggested by quite a few people and also some good reviews kept this place on my list for long.
The wait is over and I’m honestly disappointed like anything.
- staff is okay
- food is not worth a visit at all.
- we ordered pani puri, Dabeli, Paav bhaaji and cheese sandwich… nothing was good… photo of the pave bhaaji is self explanatory…
- I wish I could give it zero star rating.
One of the best Desi food centre in Clayton. Always a great fan of noodles Manchurian and egg fried rice from here. Special thanks to the chef keerthan Patel who makes crispy Machurian which complements well with the noodles. If anyone around is missing Indian street food, well go and try at Gopi ka chatka ️️️
Getting yummy (hometown feel) food at this time of night, after a very long time made me feel emotional and write this today.
@Keerthan Patel - Special mention to you for the #ManchurianNoodles. It was damn hot and tasty.
Visited quite a number of times, but today marks the best plate of dish ever had here.
Hope you people continue this and keep spreading LOVE ️
Amazing place for perfect taste and good customer service. Perfect place for testy food with reasonable price. Specially Ahmedabad style panipuri and vadapav.
Thank you so much all staff members.
Thanks,
Priyank Darji From Canberra
Gopi ka Chatka is amazing place for perfect taste and good customer service. I can say “” Perfect place for testy food with reasonable price “ … Rajani is amazing chef with good customer service.
The food is good here try vada pav and dabeli and pani puri
Chinese is average sometimes it's good and it's ok at all other times.
It is very busy in the evening so go there before it gets busier and the parking is small and hard to get parking in weekend's
Nice pani puri, I am from Taiwan, went to there twice within three days, never tried that before, really love the green soup of pani puri. I can drink all of it if I can hahahaha
