Didn't get what I ordered nothing was baked it was deep fried schnitzel burnt and when I requested refund she refused so I'm taking this to consumer affairs and VCAT and it's going to cost alot more than the 23 $ refund I was requesting people like that shouldn't be in buisnesss

Worst customer service and worst hygiene. The main cook was sneezing around the store. Its not 1 or 2 sneeze but he did almost 7-8 times and that too near to the rotisserie where the whole chicken was cooking. He removed his mask for this. How gross! I ran out of the store once I saw it and will never go back there.
Most dirty food shop i've ever seen, lettuce on burgers was rotten. No food safety as I watched the staff. I threw food away as it was vulgar
Legit my favourite Charcoal chicken shop.
The chicken is so tasty, the chips are always so perfectly golden and crunchy, the seafood salad is very well prepared, the gravy is spot on with texture and flavour & the garlic creamy potatoes are amazing!
A secret of mine is to put their gravy on top of the garlic creamy potatoes. OMG to die for!
The owner is a very nice man and I love to have a chat with him when he has the time.

Excellent fast-food joint. Extremely good and well-maintained outlet. Easily accessible to all the travellers from different parts of the suburbs. Easy access to all the wheelchair bound visitors. Excellent ambience and outstanding visibility.
If I wanted over cooked dry chicken I'd cook it at home. Chips were only good thing from here. Also the service was terrible.
