Moved to the area a couple weeks ago I will be a reg customer, do wish you guys would do a mashed potato and gravy tub tho

Fantastic service, clean shop, great tasting food. I have visited this chicken shop a few times now. I'm very impressed by the service I have received. AAA. I say to you reading this give it a try you should be very happy. Will keep return visits are 3 times a week.

Used to like lately chips not cooked no chicken salt when asked for chicken dry no flavor

Best Charcoal chicken I have had. Very juicy and seasoning was great on the skin. Got the pumpkin salad too, with chips (super generous). Both great.

I absolutely love their chicken pasta salad, chips and gravy and their chicken burger, it's so simply but so delicious, I'm always craving them

No surcharge for card is great.

Usually good but I just got food poisoning from their fried chicken. Day 3 and Im stil going through it. Not sure if the chicken was off and they cooked it anyway or it was just sitting in the warmer all day.

Missed some of our order originally but made up for it and delivered it to our address (after we went for take out) and gave extra stuff to compensate.

Owner seemed super rude, is it that hard to be nice, never would come back here.the peas were frozen, and the chicken was dry.saw an employee getting ylled at by owner.sultan burger was the only good tasting thing.

The best hot chips around, great salads, potato bake is amazing and always good polite service.

Gravy seems to dress incorrect place, made chicken taste very dry. Charcoal chicken itself not bad, just need proper dressing.

Chips are crunchy, and perfect cooked.
Garden salad May the better option to have, rather than having pasta on side.

$18.5 is acceptable for such a big portion meal.

Schnitzel was great. However, chicken was dry, peas were stone cold and I am sure a few were still frozen when I attempted to eat them. All of the salads (one of each potato, seafood and egg) all consisted of the exact same dressing, full of mustard seeds. No flavour other than mustard seeds. Also, the scalloped potatoes must be invisible because they never arrived with no notification from Goody’s. Gravy and schnitzel were the only saving grace. $85 for frozen peas, mustard seeds and dry chicken. Not fab.

One of the best charcoals I’ve been too, the chicken was so juicy and fresh and the staff were very friendly and quick. Highly recommend. Top of my favourite list now.

I used to love the chips but something has changed in the chips seasoning which is disappointing, I did notice there was an elderly lady working there that made the seasoning taste better and now there are younger workers not sure if that's something to do with salting methods and given the price raise of chips but kinda disappointed that was the food addiction for the weekend hopefully they can fix this

Very ordinary. Chips although a generous serve they were completely saturated in grease like they were cooked in below temp oil. Chicken was grey and dry. Fried chicken was cold and the coating was tasteless. Never again.

Worst chicken and chips in the area. Went there a few times before during the peak of Covid 19 no one wearing mask, including most staff members, people coughing and overcrowding. Not a good place for a Cancer patient. Last night I visited to pick up a 1/2 chook, and a salad from a staff member. The owner came out, dished a dry, burnt, very small half to me. I had already paid so I demanded a refund and left. This place should be shut down, At least have a safety and health check.

Such a rude owner. It’s not that hard to be nice, we just ordered lunch, waited for ages and when we enquired whether it would be much longer we get abused by the owner and another staff member. The prices are so high for mediocre quality and the poor customer service is foul!

Best chicken in Melbourne and fantastic service, the Sulltan Burger is a must try Highly recommend.

The chicken shop that sold more chooks than they had on Xmas day. Stuffed so many people around. Barred for life.

These low reviews are honestly exaggerating their points, I’ve been to this shop about 4 times in one month and had no issue whatsoever. The staff were very kind, I usually take my food back home with me after i’ve received my order and it’s always the right temperature when i bite into it. The chips are delicious, I don’t know what it is about them but i have no self control, after a couple bites i’m already munching down on them. The chicken is cooked perfectly and the outer layer is so tasty, I usually order 2 chicken breasts with regular chips and am always satisfied after my meal. In my opinion These other reviews are just dragging it and truthfully doing too much.
