Awesome customer service - had previously bought tyres from "Tyres & More" at this same location with great service, and was delighted with how the new managers, "Goodyear Autocare" took care of a tyre pressure / tyre sensor problem my mother-in-law had not been able to resolve until this morning. Judy went personally with my mother-in-law to visit the vehicle dealer and resolved the problem on-the-spot.

Highly recommend Goodyear Autocare. The service was fast and efficient. Darren could not have been more helpful when I needed a puncture repaired. Will definitely be going back when I’m due for a tyre update. Thanks for the great service!

Cannot fault the service I received from Goodyear St Kilda this morning. Had a flat and needed a cheap spare because I'm selling my car. Snaffled a second hand good quality tyre for $50, and did it in 15 minutes. Couldn't be happier. Thanks team.

Tell you a true story about Sam and the crew at Goodyear Stkilda, i had my mazda tribute 4 w.d serviced there, electrical aireal fixed tyres replaced and the car left there purring like a kitten, a few months later i had all 4 of my tyres slashed by some nutter so i drove it into the goodyear where the crew mended my baby, the problem was i had no cash to payday which was a week away Sam was kind enough and trusted me to return in a week to pay them, now honestly people who does that Goodyear are the best, Sam, Judy, Daniel the whole crew no their stuff, ultimate professionals excellent in their field with tyres and auto mechanics, really geniune and good hearted they really do care.

Sharks! Should be avoided, called the day before for a Tyre repair, the young very helpful lad said drop it in first thing, drove down early, pulled up, the lass comes almost running out shouting its an hours wait? At this stage I'd not even explained why I was there? Slowly calmed her down explaining I was local so the hour worked for me, she then said so what are you here for? (Clearly not for cracking customer service) I explained I needed a slow puncture fixed! She looked at me and said yeah we won't repair that? I explained the Tyre was well within the wear bars and was definitely repairable, she then said yeah well its a 1 hour wait? So. I then asked you will repair it then? She then said no, I was like well why tell me it's an hour wait? She simply walked away? The real shame is I've used these guys before and I couldn't fault them, but the lass who welcomes clients needs shall we say a little training in "People skills" and if all you want to do is sell people tyres then don't do repairs? Had it done 10 up the road in about 15 mins, by a bunch of cracking lads at Caulfield North Tyre Center, maybe give them a go.

Can highly recommend this place, the guys here are amazing! So friendly and so helpful and their services are very well priced.

They are good at what they do but very unorganised. I was told 30 minutes to get a puncture done and I had to wait 2 hours. If you go there make sure you have enough time on hand
