Goodstart Early Learning Reservoir

The staff at good start learning reservoir have been nothing less than amazing. My child has progressed intellectually and socially since starting with this centre. I can't thank the amazing staff enough. Thankyou Fatima, Lina and staff

This centre & its staff are of excellence.the educators are the finest in the region, most accommodating and due to this my 2 year old knows her colours, interested in reading, recognises letters & can count numbers has a sense of sportsman ship and caring nessacity for her peers. Due to the applications my whole team and family can keep up to date with her daily updates and progress. The staff also accommodate to team meetings once a month and supportive through out all needs of us individually.

My girls go to good start reservoir and also my son went there as well - the staff there are so lovely with all my kids that my kids loved going to kinder and childcare. They treated my kids like there own. Thank you all for your hard work and looking after my 3 kids over the years and still are. Can’t thank you all enough. Keep up all the hard work and keep smiling. You guys need a medal for everything you guys do xxxx

Goodstart Reservoir’s staff have always been quality, since the very beginning. From the educators, to the lady that prepares the meals, to the admin/support people, everyone visibly does their best and are great at what they do. My daughter has grown and developed very much there.

However, one of the highlights I can point out was a fairly recent change of management. Sharday Correnti, the new centre’s director (been there for almost a year now, if I’m not wrong) is amazing! Not only being VERY reliable, helpful, clear and responsive, Sharday makes a huge effort to make the centre and our children’s experience much better everyday.

I appreciate every single person there, but wanted to point out that they have a great leader (shout out to Laura, Steffy, Ayda, Cvete, and all the Toddler and Nursery teams) ️

Goodstart Reservoir is a great little centre that we have been apart of since 2018. Educators are always so friendly and caring! The new and improved kinder program is great and my daughter always leaves with a smile on her face!

My little one is enjoying her best time at her childcare center. She is always excited to go there cos she knows she will enjoy there. Her teachers are so caring not only for her but for all kids. All teachers are well educated and experienced as well. I feel so relieved and relaxed that my daughter is in good hands. Thanks to Vi, Cvete, Purni and all other staff members.

Our children have attended goodstart early learning reservoir for a few years now and they have been welcomed with open arms since day one.educators and also the Centre director have nurtured and loved our two girls making childcare feel like home for them every day. The staff are amazing who go above and beyond for the children, very professional and caring and have amazing programs in every room catered for the children.i thank all staff at goodstart reservoir for all they have done for us and our girls, i highly recommend this Centre as a parent i can definitely say our experience has been amazing

My children started here after a mothers group recommendation. The centre has ample parking on Gertz ave. Great coffee down the road (Beat) and a few little amenities like an Osteopath, community pharmacy, IGA and Pizzeria. There's a quick 15 minute drop off bay which is directly at the corner of the day care- it can get busy with drop off and pick up times.

The rooms are set up along a corridor, reminding me of my old primary school, decorated with pictures, art work, interactive activities and story corners.

As for their program. I am very happy with the development my twins and 4 year old daughter is loving the engagement in the kinder program all the kids seem to socialise and engage endearingly with each other.

I like that the outdoor yard is joined via the fence as my twins often watch and play with their big sister. I love that the kitchen is fully serviced (my kids never come home hungry!).

The educators in all rooms always welcome us with smiles and keep me informed if there are any issues throughout the day. The program is always changing and I like seeing their art and craft progress on the education app story park.

A sincere thanks to Nadia, Sawda, Laura and Belle who have really helped my twins transition into childcare.

Although the nature of childcare does see some staff volume turnover, it is comforting to see regular staff are still around. Big shout out to Dani in the office who helps with all of the admin and rebate enquiries too.

My son attends 4 year old Kinder at Goodstart Reservoir. He loves it and is well looked after. They have a fantastic Kinder program with a variety of learning opportunities, including sports and Japanese. The Educators are professional and caring. I would highly recommend this childcare centre.

Great learning environment for children. The staff and the Director are always happy to help and they are a great team. Highly recommend this amazing centre.

My child was there for about 3 months in total, more than half of the time, he was sick. The hygiene there is a big concern there. They did not wear gloves when theym distribute food to the children. I changed my child to a new childcare, he has not been sick in 8 months.

Two years ago I was looking for a childcare center for my daughter Stella, and everytime i walked into a center i thought " i can do better, she would have a much better day with me"I was looking for a childcare that when i walked into and thought "wow i want to stay here with her too" and that's what i got with Goodstart Reservoir.
I have had both my daughters Stella and Alessia there last year together, and Stella has gone off to school this year. My youngest Alessia has transitioned smoothly into the 3 year old kinder room, which is comforting.
I am very impressed with the level of detail they put when reporting on my children's development, the enthusiasm they show when telling me what my children have done during the day. They genuinely care for my children and love their job. They do a very good job in communicating with Parents via the Story Park app or chat during pick up. That means the world to me, as a mother being away from my children during the day. I will definitely recommend Goodstart Reservoir to others.

My daughter has been here since she was 7 months old. She adores the carers. Charlotte is supported emotionally and this is really important to us.

Fantastic center in every way, all the staff have been so welcoming. My situation is a bit complex and the support i have received from all at the center can not be praised enough. Goodstart Reservoir is such a great help to me and thank you sometimes never seems enough. The program supports the children in every way for any need the children require. Goodstart Reservoir is not my closest center but i am happy to travel as everything about the center suits my needs. Well done to Julie and all the staff for working together to make the center a truly fantastic place to care for my granddaughter.
