13Accessible and easy location, Excellent facility and faculties (Admins and Educators) who take care of kids like their own in terms of their personal development, behavior, involvement in activities and coexistence with other kids. My little one just loves the food and snacks. Always exceeds our expectation for last 3 years and counting.
The staff is consistent and loving which is so important for the children to be settled at any childcare centre. Moreover the activities for the rooms seems to be well planned and implemented. The rooms look organised and calm when you step in. The calm and well settled children ensures that the educators share positive relationships with the children. The best thing is that the staff is there for years which says a lot about the stable and well organised management and environment unlike the other centres where the staff keeps leaving every few weeks which ultimately effects the emotional wellbeing of the children.
The centre is amazing! My child goes to this centre for the past three years and she loves going there! Educators in each room are very caring and loving. From taking care of kids' physical needs, emotional well-being and other learning aspects, the entire team is doing a great job. Also, the centre is really spacious with big bright and airy play areas which is a real perk!
Great place, very accommodating and extremely helpful and friendly staff/carers. Sent both kids and they love it here.
My both kids went to this center. Staff is super caring. Clean and hygienic center. They focus very well on grooming kids on various learning aspects e.g. Shapes, colors, alphabets, spending time in nature, various excursions.

This centre has been amazing. From my youngest being 6 weeks and my middle being 18months old, the boys have been to this centre.

In all my interactions with the staff at he centre they have been helpful, insightful and going an extra mile to cater to childrens needs. I take this opportunity to pass on the appreciation of all the staff/educators at Good start (21 Lemongrass Circuit, Point Cook 3030) and thank you so much once again.
Cesspool of disease. My son and family got 2 awful viral infections twice in two weeks, we had to pull him out. We've never had this issue with other centres where he's been at daycare for many moths. Centre informed us that they were aware of these diseases circulating, but they never informed us at any point until we called them and they came clean about it! So what's next for us, COVID?
Don't hide sicknesses circulating within the centre. Be transparent!
We have ended care immediately as we do not trust the hygiene at this centre.
Worst center with very inexperienced educators who care nothing about children. Don't waste your child's years in this center. Adding days to the attendance at this center is a marketing gimmick.
This childcare is well below standard. Disorganised, maybe understaffed or unqualified staff. Either way they do a terrible job taking care of the children. They lose children's clothing items, mix them up or misplace them. A lot of lip service to get more clients but they fall well short of the mark in delivering quality care for your children. The venue is filthy and smelly most of the time. Carers don't even know the children's names and rarely pay them much attention unless a parent is around. I don't know how other goodstarts are but this one has really got to clean it's act up. Had to remove my child.
