Goodstart Early Learning Noble Park

It was such a wonderful experience being with good start, its feel like a family.
My child is finishing good start and moving to school and he is so confident for his school. Which make us a so proud as a parent, we are so grateful for Good start Noble Park. Teachers include, Anjali, Ash, in Management Catherine and all other Good start team so wonderful. I definitely recommend Good start Noble Park.

Do not send your child here. My child had a critical incident at this Centre in Feb this year whilst she was unsupervised which resulted in her having her two front teeth lodged inside her gums. She required paediatric surgery under general anaesthetics to remove these teeth and will need monitoring for when her adult teeth come out as they will be impacted. Now, incidents happen everywhere, and she did not lose a limb or die, but this occurred whilst she was unsupervised as verified by the educator who found my child bleeding and crying on the concrete play area, and also as per the incident report. Furthermore you expect the centre to have insurance for medical costs and that they will foot the bills. Not Good Start, they engaged a lawyer to avoid liability. This after they reassured me they would pay for the medical bills (as they should) and I have only claimed for these costs and nothing else. Finally, they failed to comply with legislative requirements to notify the department of education within 24 hours of the critical incident and not only that, they lied about it. If you love your child, and want reassurance that they will be supervised, cared for and in a centre that is safe and compliant, this is not the centre for you. And I totally agree with comments about the management not caring at all.

I completely disagree with all these bad reviews! I could not be happier with this centre. The staff are amazing! They helped so much with settling my boys and went that extra mile to help me with extra support! My two boys are so excited to go to childcare now, it's a relief for me as a mum to know my children are happy and looked after by such dedicated and professional staff! Two big Thumbs up

This centre became worst after they changed to new centre manager. Not long after old c.manger left, every good and nice educators quit from this place. Only bad and nasty one stay. They don’t even know how to handle kids. They keep complaining about your kids to you. Both my kids have no problem in other places and no one ever complains except for this centre. What the point put our kids here when they always bother their parents? They should change the educators with professional and know how to handle kids. The educators only keep blaming the parents. What kind of educators is that? If you can’t handle kids, just quit your job. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL, they don’t even deserve star.

I agree with all bad reviews here. They really don’t understand kids. They expecting all kids just stay quite and do nothing. If kid doesn’t behave, then they blame the parents. Haloo they are just a kid. One of the educator said something bad about my kids to another parents. Vice versa, they also told me something bad about another kids. They’re not supposed to do that. I don’t recommend this place and thinking to move my kids to another centre.

I was the old centre manager Ebonie and absolutely loved working here with such very passionate educators. Highly recommend the educators.

Very bad service, I do not recommend anyone to put their kids here unless you want them suffer. I used to live this place but not anymore. Their service became worst after their change to new centre director. The acting director very nasty lady and made thing difficult only. This is not child care place anymore. It’s like a prison. They will close down soon if they keep acting nasty. All nice people gone already from this place.
