Goodstart Early Learning Ferntree Gully

I would not recommend Goodstart Ferntree Gully. Lately the centre has had management changes and a lot of educators have left.

This Center is amazing. All the directors we have had have been amazing. Cecilia who joint recently has given a more personalised approach to us at least and has been great. The Chef (Rachel) is AMAZING! My kids love her food and they are always cooking healthy yummy snacks for morning and afternoon tea, lunches are very nutritious too with variety and they can adjust to dietary requirements with ease. Safety wise I think it is a great center as well, they will always give you a call if your kid has had some incident/accident but serous incidents are never the norm. The center is clean and with lots of natural light inside the rooms, appropriate furniture for the age of the child and the outside yards are free of any serious hazards. I think the ratio educator: child is good, so far no problems from our side. We have 2 kids here now (in Kinder and nursery) both started when they were 5 months and we did research many other centers before starting here but as soon as we saw this one back in 2017 we new it was the one, friendly staff all over, yummy food, clean and safe place for the kids. Last but not least, we are a rainbow family (2 mums) and we have never been treated any different to all the other parents, there are kids of different races, family backgrounds and religion as well where all can be treated with respect and equality. Overall great place for the kids.
